No hay respeto al cliente para una canselacion.
La señora que me atendió fue muy desentendiada y poco seria con migo me dijo que repitiera muchas veces la direction solo porque no quise escuchas sus propagandas y después se iso la que no me escuchaba.
Para mi eso deja muy por abajo la compañía de Dish no hay seriedad con las cosas y esa será mi recomendación hacia otras personas de ahora en adelante.

Estoy esperando que se me acabe el contrato. Porque el precio sigue aunmentando aun teniendo un contrato. Porque no te explican antes de hacer un contrato de dos años que tienen que tener precio fijo tambien. El servicio tambien sigue fallando. Vinieron a segun areglarlo y lo dejaron igual. Y ahora quieren que pague mas por tener aseguranza de el equipo por si se desconpone. 0/10

I had DTV for many years and then decided to change when I moved to a new location and received an offer from Dish. It was the biggest mistake! Dish TV has a terrible user interface, terrible customer service and their equipment buffers and freezes all the time. Their only remedy is to restart, restart, restart. I cancelled within less than 60 days and they still charged a $440 cancellation fee plus another $135. That's $575 to cancel a service that did not work properly nor was remedied. I gladly paid it as this company is nothing but image and no substance. DTV works like a charm and has the programming and customer service to back it up. None of the cable or satellite companies have ever been all that great, but Dish TV is on a new level of low.
