Disenyland

Bought a 2 day multi ticket. Went to Disneyland 9/6 with family. Ready to book the 2nd day and only had 13 days to book the ticket go online there's no date available to book within 13 days. Contacted customer service and they couldn't do anything so I requested to contact their manager and was on hold for over 40+ mins. Same thing happen called again and was transferred 40+ mins. Complained to customer service I paid for 2 days ticket not 1 day ticket and can't even book the 2nd day ticket and asked for an extension since there's no available days for Sept. 2022 customer service said they can't do anything. Paid over $1200 for the family and so far not enjoying customer service support and resolution. DO NOT GO TO DISNEY support SUCKs.

Disneyland is the best place you can find on planet earth! Its the only theme park where everyone is friendly and the rides are actually entertaining! I have been to Disneyland 16 times and it NEVER gets old. I love big roller coasters like Goliath, superman, and even king ad kA at six flags, but the roller-coasters in disneyland are way better than any I have ever ridden. I mean where else in the world can you travel through space, be attacked by pirates, bobsled down the matterhorn, and be smashed by a giant boulder before lunch?

Did not feel welcome at Disney. Staff where rude. Peaple in costume was nasty to young children. Food was horrible and expensive

The problem is with Disneyland is that certain rides are fun at Disneyland and the food is good but overall the problem is that when I went to Disneyland last week their stuff was expensive and I bought a stuffed animal that was like $33 when it should be $10 it looks like a $10 item honestly thats a lot of money for a stuffed animal the ears are expensive and im giving a review of that because they cost like $30 or more then that when the ears look like they are $15 ears thats what they look like Disneyland is expensive not gonna lie and the stuff their are expensive I really hate the fact that their stuff are expensive I am never returning to Disneyland anymore because of the fact that its expensive and I had other issues while I was at Disneyland. And I also bought a haunted mansion backpack and a dress and ears from Disneyland and Mickey Mouse stuffed animal and Minnie Mouse ears and they were expensive as heck. Oh yeah and there was other issues about Disneyland that I didn't like either I have a leg problem and I have to walk all the way from the hotel to Disneyland I walked around and it gave me sore feet and legs and then I had to use a wheelchair and the parking area you have to pay $100 for it thats ridiculous it should be less then that in my opinion. I had fun but it was painful walking around with my legs and feet in pain. Im never returning ever again to Disneyland. And maybe ill order the items online that I want from Disneyland. Sorry I bought the ears online on the Disneyland store.

Disneyland is a wonderful park, creates a different world. It is the happiest and enjoyable place. We enjoyed it a lot. Neat and Clean.
