I wanted to start my business and found so many good reviews about doba. How is that possible. There is no trial and they plans to charge 70 dollars after one month.
I had a minor issue with one of my orders, and the customer service team at Doba went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Their dedication to their customers is truly impressive.

I first looked at Doba last year, dealt with a pushy sales guy that tried to get me to pay for a membership. I tried to get them to cancel the very next day, to refund what was charged to me card, but gave me the run around and no one followed up. I had to put a fraud claim in through my credit card instead.
After finding out my account was somehow still active, I OFFICIALLY CANCELLED IN JUNE with an email for proof, but just one month later they managed to charge my credit card with another membership fee! I left a voice mail and an email to them but of course NO response and no refund! So I had to file a fraud claim again with my card. DON'T ASSOCIATE WITH DOBA YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I paid the $345 year fee in 1 payment. I was a member/customer for only 1 week. I was highly disappointed with products so I cancelled. They DID NOT REFUND my $345. I called SUPPORT and the girl told me a REP would call next day; it DID NOT HAPPEN. Stay away from these people.
