I'm one of their suppliers and I'm here to tell you, doba has absolutely zero quality control on both sides of the equation. Even for we suppliers, their customer service is horrible. They misrepresent everything to get you in the door while not letting you see what's on the site to confirm what they're saying about their careful selection process and "guaranteed" wholesale pricing. We went in with true wholesale pricing after three weeks of negotiation with the business folks under our belts feeling like we were really thoroughly screened and all the others suppliers must have been too and were following the same rules. Now nobody can find us among all the supplier listings that are just reselling other people's products and priced higher than Amazon. Given the steep order processing time and shipping charges most of them offer, as a real wholesaler I can absolutely assure you most of these other suppliers are not wholesalers. They'd go out of business if they were. They're just aggregating other product feeds with the same retail mark up you expect to charge as a retailer. Four months later it's been a total waste of time. And if you think you feel snookered, as a supplier they charge literally thousands of dollars now just for setup, then they stop returning your calls and emails. In the end, it's all about the set up fee and monthly fee for them. Save both and find a place that does not have 170+ formal BBB complaints against them.
Doba has been a game-changer for my business. I'm able to offer a wider range of products to my customers without having to worry about the logistics of shipping and inventory management.

I checked Doba.com website for the internet business (drop shipping) and I saw your logo there (BBB). I signed to see what prices they offering for the wholesale. I signed and gave them my credit card. I checked a few items and understood that it is impossible to make money with what they offer. I wrote email right away in few hours stating that I would like to be cancel and DO NOT charge my credit card. I received email back, what is your retailer ID. I wrote back my ID they gave me. Then I received email on the subject it stated - YOU request has been solved.
I was happy with outcome, until I got my charges on my credit card - $59.95. I called and I was waiting 30 min on the phone and nobody replying, just music playing. I called second time and again music was played 30 min but I was determine to wait. The customer service was HORRIBLE. In very defensive tone right away he started to fight that they don't refund ny email and I should call to cancel. Then I spoke with the manager who also was very defensive and told me no way for refund. He offered me to Make money with them. Huh!?/ he said -No refund - we dont have email where you can send claim and we dont provide any info for the upper management. Wow! This company exist in US? Our time? It should be shut down! I wrote to BBB because they placed the lOGO of BB on their site. I took print screen of it too since they can tell they did not have any logo. You will never make any money with this company. I check 100 items before I requested to cancel and refund... They prices higher than any internet retailer. Stay away!

You can find products easily and can import products from Doba directly to your store. You can set up your price and manage all work. Nice to have such a helpful platform. I like it!
Shipping is always a concern when it comes to e-commerce, but with Doba, I never have to worry. Their shipping is fast and reliable, and I always receive my orders on time.
We signed up for a 2,000-item account. To test the waters we spent 3 days trying to put together a simple 250-300 item list. The customer service people were friendly. However, the FAQs one is referred to are complicated.
Once the initial list build was finally gathered then one finds out too late in the process that it will require you the customer to sift through each and every listing to individually insert the Category and a couple more sub-features in order to move forward to the next item. In almost every single case one will need to go back and read each and every product description to determine the specifics.
Let that set in for a minute. This is just a simple little list. We were heading to a 2,000 item with DOBA. Unbeknown to DOBA we already have a 10,000-item store on eBay.
So, why does Doba even say they are integrated with eBay when they are clearly not fully integrated at this time? Why would a customer pay a fee to subscribe to a plan that you the customer are then expected to do DOBA's work?
Doba may be a fine company with other platforms but in this case a very big disappointment! It appears to us at the customer end that DOBA is trying to make a one-size-fits-all and that isn't working very well.
