I don't appreciate painful price for an item only to see it a few days later 50% off. This feels like a complete rip off.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. I placed an order for a $100 scooby doo weekender bag and they didn't include the apartment number. FedEx said the only way for them to update the address is if the sender reaches out to them directly to update it. When I reached out to Dolls Kill, they said they couldn't do that. That FedEx would have to mark it as "Undeliverable/Wrong Address" so a claim can be filed, then FedEx would have to ship it back to Dolls Kill for them to send me a GIFT CARD and I would have to re place the order. FedEx told me they have a policy where the driver has to attempt 3 times before they send it back to the sender. This whole thing is a mess, all because Dolls Kill didn't put my apartment number. Now, I'm worried that a negligent Dolls Kill employee will forget to put the apartment number on there again and I would have to deal with this all over again. Or, even worse, I would be out $100 and left with a gift card I will never use bc I don't trust this company. Please, please don't buy from them.

I have ordered twice now, first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I'm in the UK. But now they're having a laugh! I will NEVER order from them again, firstly the quality of the clothes is not worth even the small amounts they cost! They look good but they'll last 3 wears. Secondly you'll pay for express delivery and expect it within 5 days, then 20 days will go by, you won't have your order and they'll just say "sorry". Nothing else, just repeated sorry's.

Never had a return policy where I couldn't properly return the item. This is annoying as I wouldn't have purchased the item if I had known

I'm disappointed in the quality for the price, the sizing, and the fact that returns are for store credit only. To me, this does not count as allowing returns. I don't want to shop here again because the quality is not good for the prices, but I am stuck with a gift card now and have no choice. I don't have this problem anywhere else I normally shop, and I regret having giving this place a shot.

I have always had good experiences purchasing from DK, the international shipping is cheap and fast and is always reliable. Recently one of my items arrived damaged and Kimberly from customer services was really kind and helpful to get the issue sorted as soon as possible!

Yolanda went above and beyond helping me resolve an issue with my account. She was able to quickly fix my problem and I was able to place an order the same day. DK's stock is constantly changing, so I'm always checking back. It's a great place for gifts too, last year i got my brother a unique backpack. 🔥

I paid for several its on Dolls kill. They canceled my order for np reason stating it was a unforseen circumstances. What does that even mean?

Having discovered this store in Los Angeles, this has been my go-to store for all things funky, fun, sexy and unique! They carry a variety of wardrobe and accessory items that can be used for any events, such as raves and festivals. They even carry some items that can be used in everyday life like fun handbags, jewelry and shoes! I recently moved to Brooklyn for a short-term period and was excited to discover a Dolls Kill here in Williamsburg! Their customer service staff is also extremely prompt and helpful which is great considering how rare that is to come by!

I literally just placed my first order and was devastated when i saw the wrong shipping address. I emailed customer service asap, and they are literally the best. They immediately helped accommodate to get the right shipping address and the support was instant! I was expecting to wait for a response, but Paige messaged me almost immediately! Not only am in love with everything on the website bc it's so cute, duh, but now in love with the company & customer service itself. 10/10, would recommend to everyone. Although you can't call, I emailed my issue and got an immediate reply. The rep continued to email and ask for documents and worked with me until my issue was resolved. I have nothing but great things to say about how my return issue was handled!

I bough recently some clothes from Dolls Kill and I was nicely surprised by the quality. It's absolutely amazing!
On the other occasion I made a mistake with the address so I had to contact customer service. There was no number only an email so I was a bit worried. It was unnecessary. The customer service replied promptly and was so so helpful. Don't hesitate to order. Absolutely ammmmmazing clothes 🤗

Listen: I 🏾 me some DOLLS KILL. I recently moved & decided to place an order & a day later realizing I put the wrong address I was stressed. I swiftly sent a email to CS & within a couple of hours I received a email stating they were able to correct it. Relief relief relief because I think I stopped breathing for a minute 😂. I love all my pieces from Dolls Kill & they never disappoint. I wish I could totally afford everything but if I can purchase something I'm stoked b/c Dolls Kill really have some Amazing stuff. I've been a fan for years. I recommend you order something 🥰
