I booked on Monday, dropped off my parcel on Tuesday and it was delivered on Sunday (1day early). That was to Seattle from UK. I call that amazing. Post office is expensive and takes 4-5 weeks. I suspect only dissatisfied customers are leaving reviews.
Delivery driver never rings my bell, instead leaves my parcel in a public unsafe, unmonitored place, on a completely different floor to where I live for it to be stolen, huge sign with red writing says don't leave parcels there, he just ignores it and never delivers to my actual address/door, despite having the address and me being home. Ignores my notes in the safe space option which clearly states to do deliver to my door, and if I am not home leave it outside my door. This has happened over 17 times where he doesn't bother coming to my door.He has delivered to my actual address TWICE. He rings the bells of other flats to be let in, so he can leave it in the public place. Does not do his job properly
I sent my parcel by service called Classic Air. It should be delivered within 6 – 7 working days. It is now more than 2 weeks and the parcel is not delivered yet. I tried to contact Customer Service – no chance! The phone number which is given will only allow you to talk to… a robot who can only trace your parcel. I tried to contact them by form I found on their website. I filled in all fields and when pressed Submit button – nothing, the form is simply not working. I was using DPD for few years but now it will be my last choice courier service.

My parcel today was once again not delivered by dpd stating severe weather was the latest excuse. There has been snow, however today the postman and Amazon made it to the house without any issues. If the driver had in fact attempted a delivery as the message from dpd stated he would have realised the road was clear. A complete shambles as per usual.

More often than not with signed for parcels, they fail to deliver by either ringing the doorbell and waiting for 6 seconds before dashing off, or not coming at all. And either way, their system will say "sorry we missed you" and their line will be nobody was available to sign for the parcel. Then their customer service team gaslight you when you complain, because the whole thing is set up to appeal to parcel senders whilst not caring at all about the experience of end-recipients. Your only option as an end recipient is to choose not to do business with companies that deliver via DPD, and to let companies know that is your position.

Worst courier company in Europe. Always late with the package (by the way from the same city) and if you ever need to speak to someone you have to wait for around 10 minutes on hold in order for an operator to tell you the exact same thing you can see on your own from the AWB tracking.
They're reason for being late was "No one is unloading the truck. Therefore we cannot deliver the package", how about you start doing your job for a change. I don't care if you deliver the package after a month just dont give me a $#*!ty estimate date and fail to deliver.
I, as an artist, made two paintings, one on glass, the other on a wooden base, put 2 layers in bubble paper, 2 layers of cardboard, and wrote 100 times what was fragile. My parcel was gone and no one knows where the parcel is after 3 months!, after long correspondence I was told that I had packed it poorly, then that the glass was forbidden to be sent. I was not provided with any evidence or photos of the damage. I conclude that I was robbed and I also paid for it and worked hard on the paintings. This is the worst service in my life.
Held a package hostage in its Stoke Depot since the 17th Dec 2022. They are not delivering now until 3rd Jan 2023 at the earliest. You get multiple messages stating an unexpected delay, this is a lie as it has been planned that way. This company has zero respect for its customer base.

Avoid this circus of a delivery company lest you learn the hard way what a bunch of clowns are employed here. Lazy, unhelpful and infuriatingly clueless people. A next day delivery parcel has not been delivered almost 3 weeks later. They tell me an investigation was opened only for me to find out today there is no investigation and I need to ask the sender to contact them and open one. Their live chat platform. You might as well be talking to a baboon. Don't even get me started on the utter numbskulls who work in their call centre. What are those morons being paid for? I genuinely hope this company goes into administration. DPD you are an utter waste of time and money.

They've struggled to deliver ever parcel which I've ever had the misfortune of being delivered by them. Then they lie about it every time and cannot provide any solutions. I have lost so much time and money with DPD.

Been waiting on my new phone delivery since 6th Dec and I received "delayed" texts every day even it was out for delivery on Mon (12/12/22) and dpd guy was literally few mins away from where I live but then he went back to Edinburgh depot with my new phone!?! And now it's delayed again huh? Not helpful at all from customer service at all and he hangs up on me what a joke this company is messing with our lives waiting in for absolutely nothing...
Very terrible! Just terrible! Your parcel either gets damaged, delayed or returned for no justified reasons. Tried two times and this third time for the benefit of doubts but was still not surprised. Never again! Please do better DPD! I need to be refunded of the money I spent on this label since item was returned back!
The guy drove past my house twice and it says he is running late and be here shortly we'll that was an hour ago, why do they employ these people who take the literal piss just so they can do whatever.

Paid extra for delivery on specific day. Things looked hopeful with notification on day before. Stated I would receive 1 hour slot by 11am on day. 11am passed, no 1 hour slot. Eventually received communication 2.45 pm delivery not happening due to 'unexpected issue'? I'd like to know what. Said delivery would take place following day - so I have to take a day off work, will they refund me for that? DPD used to give phone number and email to query, I note they no longer do, that says a lot, DPD must have been inundated with complaints. Would give zero star if it was an option. Well done DPD, you are now at the bottom of the pile, I will avoid ordering where I know you are the courier. Wish retailers would source 'proper and reliable' couriers.

Let down on dozens of occasions. Own a 24hr manned bar with good access. Have multiple deliveries every day and over half the occasions it's DPD I get a lie saying I wasn't in. All regular suppliers have retained their contracts with me under condition my orders automatically state DPD will not be accepted. Just ordered from a new supplier on trial and DPD with the same lie. Having to cancel the order. This is a company not to rely on, they will loose you customers
I've been waiting and waiting for the delivery. Every time they invent some excuse that is a pure lie. I've had to reschedule the delivery three times so far. How many more times before I can finally get my package? Avoid at all costs.
DPD were supposed to deliver two parcels today. I stayed in, making sure I could see the path to the front door. 10 mins into the 1 hour slot, I got messages saying they'd missed me and the parcels would be delivered the following day to a shop about 4 miles away. I looked at their tracking for the photo proof that they'd been - nothing. I don't believe they came. Now I have to drive to an unfamiliar place at some point tomorrow to collect two heavy parcels (after they've dropped the parcels there); I don't have the option to have a delivery at home. Appalling service.
Forget about your one hour time slot, it will come and go. You will watch the driver go past your area a few times just to rub it in that they are about, but actually have no intention of dropping off your parcel. To add insult to injury, they will send you a confirmation of your parcel and a dodgy looking image of an alleged delivery only trust me, you will not have received that parcel. Then you'll contact customer services to speak to a chat bot with limited vocabulary who will really enjoy sending you the same message repeatedly. They will then advise you to contact the sender as it's all their fault apparently. Yes it is, for using DPD aka Don't P***ing Deliver.
The driver couldn't even be bothered to come to the correct address and just decided to say no one was in and took a picture of the wrong address even when all the properties have nameplates. After managing to chat via text with an advisor they said Dpd would phone me within the hour.they did.my phone rang for 2 seconds. In future, I will ask anyone I purchase an item from if they use DPD, If so I will shop elsewhere.
I've ordered a parcel that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I received "sorry we missed you message", even though my flatmate was in the house, and I asked him to keep an eye on it.
He claims nobody knocked; no note was left. I thought "it's ok, I will take a day off tomorrow to collect it myself".
From the morning I was waiting for the driver, live tracking the parcel. When I got "you are next" message, I was waiting next to doors.
Few minutes later, I got another text "sorry we missed you". WOW. The driver didn't knock or left any note.
When I contacted DPD, I was told multiple times: "well he was there according to GPS, and he took picture of your door, nothing we can do".
Like seriously, you can google it, there are thousands of people like me. Drivers faking deliveries, and DPD does nothing about it.
Every time I contacted them, I was told off. Horrific customer service.

Company couriers that deliver packages are trying to be 'smart' and avoid wasting time on ringing people's doorbell, instead they are just using 'we have just missed you'. No, you didn't missed me. I am at home whole day, expecting you to deliver my package. You didn't even tried. Like 4 times before that. If you are lazy enough to press a doorbell, then maybe you should look out for another job.
Driver by the name of "Harsh" (dude with turban) forced, yes forced my door open and violently rammed the parcel into my door, and then took a picture of the inside of my house without my permission! I am severely disabled and was unable to defend myself against this violence and aggression! I consider this a full on assault! The parcel got damaged through his violent behavior by the way! I will from now on have to keep the door chain closed to allow me to call the police if someone behaves like that again, and to prevent such unauthorized entry into my home and pictures being taken of my home without my permission! It was a shocking experience! Who behaves like that towards a severely disabled person? What sort of psychopaths do DPD employ?
I used DPD service two times, and every time packages were not delivered. The worst thing, that couriers lie that they cannot reach to me while I am spending the whole day at home waiting for delivery. Calling customer service does not help - the service even cannot reach out the courier.
I strongly do not recommend this service.

If it was my choice i would never order something that I new would be delivered by DPD. Twice ive lost my packet. Once they left it beside the elevator and left even though i said i am coming to get it personally. It was jewellery and someone else could have taken it. There is no way of contacting a live human being in their Customer service to talk to someone. It is the absolute worst postal service i have ever encountered.
I was expecting a heavy item to arrive at my home. The driver did not deliver the item to my address. Rather he/she sent it to somewhere else in my neighbourhood and just took a picture of the exterior of a main door with the parcel but showing no sign post / house number of the house. Turned out my neighbour needs to bring this heavy item over to me. Totally irresponsible driver, and this is not the first time. DPD is a totally irresponsible company as there is no way to complain or give some feedback. It has my phone number but the driver never bothered to call if he cannot find my address. My parcel reference is 0738 338 135. I am trying my best to reflect this on the web so anyone reading this could be aware of it and consider choosing another service provider. Repeated awful experience

Absolutely pathetic Service!
Delivered my urgent parcel on wrong door number with image on delivery they provided as proof justifying my complaint, when I called CS they lied and refused to accept the error. No resolution offered to me.
Waste to money and time!
I bought Crystal trophies on 17th Feb. They were well packed in individual boxes and boxes of 3 were put into another box. Then in a heavier box and picked up for delivery to me. When the driver handed the package it was opened straight away. To my horror all but 3 of the trophies were smashed beyond repair. I contacted DPD and week in week out they ask for proof of purchase which I send and have sent every week on a request by dpd. They have photos of the packaging photos of the damage and still every week they want proof of purchase. I am still waiting for the outcome I took out their insurance when I paid them for their services and wonder what was the point in insuring goods if they are treated like trash and the company won't take responsibility. If I was claiming for not only the damage but the stress they would owe me a fortune. All I want is to be refunded my cost. Today is 25th March as still no action from DPD to say I'm disappointed in an understatement.
