We brought the retro handheld for £170.95
There was no sign of them shipping it, so we asked when it would be shipped, their response was, that they wanted us to pay another £60 on top of the listed price of £170.95. Very little in way of apology, no explanation as to why.
They did very kindly offer us a free screen protector as compensation if we paid the higher price, (I think already comes one as the manufacturer lists it as coming with a free screen protector)

They are very slow and replying to emails I had to call them to get a refund processed.

I am unhappy with the whole experience as they wouldn't honour the price on their website that was the same for several days and the price given during checkout and paying them and how slow they are at replying to emails

As you can see from the screenshots the price I paid £170 odd and then they turned around and asked for £60 more otherwise they would not dispatch the order.
