I have ordered a big amount of order and paid extra to receive it sooner. Not only I waited over two weeks but also never received my orders. I called their customer service to check the status of my order, a lady said the order was return to them bcus they were missing my apartment# (which was the 1st lie). She updated my information over the phone AGAIN and told me they will re-send my order but I have to wait another 10 business days(2nd lie) I was still patience to wait. However, the next day I got an email that my order was cancelled and I will get my refund in 10 business days! Ridiculous!
Please do not waste your time and money ordering from Dynamite, they don't care about customers.

I am so frustrated as despite the fact that I provided them with my buzz number to buzz me when my order gets delivered, their courier company- Intelcom- dropped off my clothing packaging which was full of holes at the front of the building on a filthy dirt wet floor mat. When I called courier company to complain, the decided not to deliver my 2nd order. I kept calling Dynamite and they never answer phone calls despite their phones say " I am called #1". Until now I have not received my order and they just holding my money hostage. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM ANY MORE WORST EVER!
(First time ever running into this issue with online orders, and I have bought from Dynamite previously.) I bought a couple of items online, receiving 2/4 items defective. I reach out to customer service, they tell me to email them pictures of the defective items so I do. Afterwards I haven't heard from them in 5 days, so I was getting a little concerned as they hadn't list how many business days it would take to get a response on email. So I call them back and the lady goes to take a look and sees the pilling of the pants front and backside along with the belt that has a couple of dents on them. She proceeds to tell me that they can probably do something about the pants but not the belt as it is only minor. She even said to me "you can't fix this?" I mean I wouldn't be seeking help for the items if it were the case. Sure the pants came a little wrinkled ok fine, and the pilling I could probably use something to remove but there were large areas of pilling from both sides of the pants when I received them I don't think anyone wants to receive a product they bought defected and without any notice. The lady told me she could only offer me a 10% off coupon and a refund of what I paid after I return the items. Though after reading the other reviews it seems that the company does a poor job of respecting full refunds.
This company is very dishonest and is not willing to take accountability for there mistakes!
There was a miscommunication with a sales rep and in the end she took a item that was already paid for and now they are refusing to give it back, this is going on three weeks and no one will get back to me now I am out 60$ and no one is willing to help I have never received such awful service, I have advise them to check the cameras and have given times and dates and every time I try to call to follow up I am advised someone will get back to me!
DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Answer: VERY difficult. You will wait 20 min to get someone on the phone, and in most cases, no one can help you, you will be place on hold for another 20 minutes only to give you a ticket number and no one will call you back.
