Checked on his guest had charges on my account for VIP. Contacted Merchant have not heard anything back. Filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. This company is going down
My mother ordered some products from Easy Comforts. When her order came they had signed her up for their "Easy Comforts Rewards Buyers Club Membership" at a charge of $24.99. She DID NOT sign up for this. She filled her order form out by hand and did not keep a copy of any kind. So it was our word against theirs. In their fine print, "Easy Comforts Rewards Club Membership is non-refundable". We decided to let this slide since it was going to cost us more when they took off the discount and added the shipping. In the flyer that is attached to her card, it states that it includes free shipping AND handling. The handling was charged. Since she now had a member card (that she didn't even want in the first place) I asked for them to remove the handling fee since that is included in the membership. I was told by "Manuel" in customer service that handling is not included. I read to him from the card that it covered shipping and handling, he just refuted it and said it didn't. We were at a standoff. So we got stuck with a membership that we didn't want but were falsely charged for, and then had to pay for the benefits they say are included in the membership. Customer Service was NO help. This is a company that preys on the elderly and will scam them any chance they get. I attached photos that show the print. Just stay away from this company!
This "company" held my money for over a week because my address didn't match my credit card. I called to check on my order, the rep said it didn't go through... the n why the hell did you hold my money for 10 days?! UNACCEPTABLE... ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM IN NEED OF COMPRESSION FOR MY WOUNDS AND HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK AND A HALF TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED FROM AN ORDER THAT DID NOT GO THROUGH AND A PRODUCT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. NEVER AGAIN.

My 80 year old husband has placed in order July 12th 2019, on July 17th 2019 partial shipment came one item they did not have cost $145.00 item was not sent. If this is their practice can you imagine how much money an interest they are making on money held from customers for months. For my husband it's been months. Their corporate office is in Oshkosh Wisconsin and we're located in the Waukesha area Wisconsin 87 miles away. He has been calling since then today was the fourth time. First time it'll take 3 weeks to get the refund. Second time it'll take another 5 weeks. The third time someone answered from the Philippines he couldn't understand them. Today is September 13th 2019 had not received anything yet he called and again got the runaround again!
One mistake from credit dept I can handle. Two is one to many and three there is no words for. Besides instead of putting payment on credit card which they do not tell you is a extra 5.00 instead they put it on card as cash advance which is higher interest. I have never dealt as bad a place as this.
I ordered a twin sized Mattress Genie to help me during 6 weeks of chemo and radiation. I chose Easy Comfort because their web site clearly showed that it was in stock and ready to ship and everywhere else I looked it was not in stock. I paid $35 for 1 day shipping. After 3 days and shipment still showing PENDING I contacted them, the Rep put me on hold a long time then told me it had shipped and would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks! It told the Rep I paid for 1 day delivery, he said that option was not available on that item, I told him I printed off the receipt and have proof it was available and I paid for it! I told him I wanted it reshipped immediately with 1 day delivery that I was starting chemo and radiation next week for cancer and needed it ASAP. He put me on hold again and came back to tell me this time it was not in stock. But while talking to them I was looking on their web site and the item still showed "In stock. Ready to ship!" and I told him so. He then stated it was on back order. I then demanded an immediate refund and he put me on hold and came back and said he filled out the paperwork for a refund I will give them until Tuesday then contact my bank. Even today a day later they are still showing on their web site the twin sized Mattress Genie is "In stock. Ready to ship!" and they are still offering 1 day shipping and this is not true! Now I have to figure out what to do and might delay my treatment!
This company took money from my account without my permission I did not sign up for any money to be taken out of my account in fact I called and cancelled my subscription and they still took money out of my account when I called and question them about it they said that my cancellation was never put in the computer so therefore I did not call and they charge me anyway and I will not be getting a refund
I purchase some shower slippers that should have been my size (they didn't fit easily at all and were very tight fitting) and I almost feel in the shower because the bottom of the slippers were so slippery. I asked to have a shipping label sent to me, without cost of the shipping label and they told me that they could NOT send me a label through the mail, yet every other business in the world somehow can. They wanted me to print out the label, but my printer was not working correctly, so again, I explain my situation with the printer and the man just keep telling me that they can NOT give me a return postage label through the mail. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me that there were NOT any supervisors on board. I asked how I could talk to a supervisor and he told me that in 4 or 5 days, someone would call me. I asked the name of the person who would call me and he told me that he could NOT tell me the person's name, by then I was fed-up with this companies service and this man's attitude and hung up. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.
Ordered a pair and of women's tennis shoes with expedited shipping. Took over 10 days to get the shoes. I called to inquire about what their version of expedited shipping was and was told 1-2 days. When trying to deal with finding my shoes they said "expedited shipping" wasn't an option on my product (yet it was listed as an option on the website). I asked for a refund and received back the fee for expedited shipping.
Order finally arrives but when I open the box I find a huge pair of black men's dress shoes!
Call to notify company of error and request a return and they want me to pay for the postage to return their mistake! I say NO WAY am I paying for their mistake! Finally get a return merchandise authorization and send the shoes back with a note about the box not matching the shoes inside the box. I call requesting a full refund and the idiot on the phone says that shipping and handling is not refundable. I ask his full name and employee number and says they are not allowed to give either nor are there any supervisors available. Finally find out he is in the Philippines and "can't transfer me to a supervisor." Needless to say I told him I would be disputing the fee with my credit card company and reporting them to the BBB for false advertising and anything else that may apply in this situation. They made the mistake of having a survey at the end of the call and the only reason they got 1's on their review was because zeroes weren't an option. Use this company at your own risk/peril!
This is the worst company as far as Customer Service. My original invoice was $18.50, paid by PayPal. I received a receipt days later indicating a charge of $26.90 - a difference of $8.40! I detected that one of the items that was on sale for $3.59 was invoiced for $11.99. At first I thought they pulled a bait and switch for a more expensive item, but they just made a mistake when I was invoiced.
The first young woman I spoke to said that they would issue a refund to PayPal for $8.40 and I would receive it within a couple of days. I did not receive the refund so followed up with customer service again and they said it would take 2-5 days. Six emails and one week after my original inquiry, I still had not been refunded the difference.
I called today and the customer service person told me that I would never receive a refund on PayPal because they didn't have my Paypal account information. How could they not have this when I placed the order using PayPal and they have the email address associated with my PayPal account?
He said the refund was just sitting in my account. When I asked him why the other customer service people stated I would get a refund on PayPal, he was incredulous and somewhat abrupt – acting like I was an idiot for asking. He said they would issue a refund check that would be sent within 10 days to 2 weeks. I asked him if I ever would have received a refund if I hadn't called – he said maybe eventually – if someone detected the refund was sitting there in the system. I will NEVER order from this company ever again! And by the way, the products I received were pretty mediocre.
