I love shopping online at Elevates Styles they always have the style that I am looking for in a wig. Most of the time I hate going into hair supplies trying on wigs, but ordering from Elevate makes this process so so easy for me. The shipping is convenient and fast. More importantly they have Youtube videos to watch before you buy.
Terrible. A so-called Hair Republic Tru Wig Lace Front Wig LF-Twist Small 26" - Colors: 1B arrived with big sections un-braided but instead had matted straight hair. No way in the world would I be seen dead in this contraption: if the wind blew up those twists you would look insane. Customer service claim not to be able to see this in the photographs I sent. Hmmm. I am not bothering to return it because of the restocking (20%) fee, shipping cost to return AND the shipping cost that they would add for sending it to me "free" in the first place. Just not worth the hassle... which is exactly their intent. However, I will review on social media to spread the word. The unit I received was the poorest quality wig I have ever seen. Ignore ElevateStyles statement of quality on their website. It's BS.
Extremely pleased with my purchase and also the customer support. My card was initially declined but they helped me resolve the issue. The wigs are bomb! And I live in turkey, got them within ten days which is a super super plus! Totally coming back for more
Elevate offers very nice products and low prices, but I was concerned about "don't blame us if it gets lost" shipping policy. There should be some safeguards in place to protect the customer against the occasional lost package. It's rare, but I hate having to pay for something I never receive. It's not the sender's fault any more than it is mine, but if it happens and they don't make good on the order, I never shop with them again.
Liked my first lady lace wig soo much, I came back to purchase three more, including a fab fringe. Love the texture and colour, but giving a 4 coz they'll need some dedicated trimming and styling to suit my face. Loved how quick the delivery was.
First off, my 2 wigs were absolutely beautiful. My hair is in crochet braids right now, but I know once I take them out I'll be in good shape. The shipping Was quick, and I didn't have to spend a million bucks for free shipping.
