I clicked a link that promised to tell me what the average cost of installing solar would be for my zip code. Instead the product wanted to know all the possible personal information about myself and my home so that it could pass that on to contractors who would then pitch their services. It absolutely did not do what it offered to do.

So far everything is going smoothly

I did't think I qualified because we recently got more solar panels to charge an electric car. Had a nice discussion with the person who called. I was satisfied.

What you failed to do with ask about the cost I thought it was free so you misrepresented yourself you said ask if the zip code and you're going to give us the is that qualified that you're just trying to get more information from people that's advertising you just trying to get some and inside for you know more customers for your telemarketing it's false advertising that I don't appreciate it bad that's why I give you a one star I didn't want to give you one thank you

The clickbait said gov will pay for installation of solar panels yet, I didn't see any information on that at all. So therefore none of my questions were answered

All just fine, and I already have Solar panels on my home, and would like to purchase a home battery for my solar system. And save more money in the future. Thanks!

I want to discuss these solar options in the future, not right away. I don't want calls before Christmas. I don't want calls before January 15. Thanks if you can arrange that. It didn't seem to be an option.

Good. It is doing what Sunrun said would happen. However, friends and people around me have received cash rebate or incentive money back for the Sunrun Tesla battery installation in 2025. What happened to our rebate/incentive for installing this energy saving system?

The website says I can compare quotes from companies. But no, answer a bunch of questions just to get call backs from solar companies. I don't want that, and would never have filled it out if it ended in a phone call.

I responded to this fishing expedition because it said check to see if my zip code was eligible for $30,000 in solar and I have not been told anything

So far, so good, hmmm, 50 characters. Well, I've already got some solar panels (1 kw), but it would be great to double my current array (1 kw), if possible. I'm retired so the current rate of inflation with regards to the cost of commercial power and groceries is difficult to handle for a retired Forester such as myself.
