Scammers

Don't believe any of the positive reviews as all the one star reviews will tell you, NOT the obviously paid for positive reviews. These bastards make it very difficult to finish unless you cough up more. They just want your USI for government rebates and are only helpful up until you've paid then disappear after you find you need help with the FIVE unnecessary, and until then not mentioned extra courses that MUST be completed so they can steal your info. Absolute scum. $#*! you EOT

Have had the worst customer service experience!
Im living in Victoria which does not allow online white card courses anymore. I was in QLD for a week and read on thier website that as I was physically in QLD I was eligible to obtain a QLD white card (valid Australia wide). After making full payment ($230+) and completing all requirements I booking a class for the next day. An hour before the class started my account was flagged. I was told before I was allowed in to the class I needed to get a signed and witnessed stat dec stating I was physically in QLD. Despite signing multiple acknowledgments and policy stating that I was. I simply could not get one before the class started. After emailing and explaining the situation I was very rudely told that signing their policy agreement wasn't good enough. I explained that I was going back to Victoria in a few days so rescheduling the class wouldn't be an option for me. I was told again, very rudely, that no refund will be given.

Don't use this company they will try every trick to steal your money.

you do part of the training and then have to pay for the course only to find out there is 2 extra parts to it. it is not easy to upload your photo. and you have towait 3 days before they check your photo so you cant even complete the rest of the course in one day unless you pay another $50. they also get you to take a survey before you are even made aware of the extra time and expense to finish the course. this company used to be so good. I always recommend workers to this site but now geting a white card myself i will be researching somewhere else.

I liked the customer service offered by EOT, Marec is great! Unfortunately, I couldn't share the same experience with the assessor Ivana, she is extremely rude and has no patience for people who speak English as a second language. During the whole live audio assessment, I wasn't respected and was extremely disappointed. She blamed me for not staying in a quiet place since I stayed in my room ALONE. She said this is a lie role play because I used my laptop? Where did you come to the conclusion, that I didn't even touch my laptop? By the way, I didn't feel Ivana is in her role since she ask questions without any emotions. She is trying to make things difficult since I answered the verbal question correctly. I had a much better experience with the last male assessor for my short audio assessment, he is a polite and great guy. Try to avoid Ivana, you will be good. Oppps, EOT is not the only one that offers RSA courses. Save your time and try to do ur RSA somewhere else.

Fraud

After waiting two months audio assessment result, find another site to complete my RSA & complete it within week on my own pace also was very easy paid $17.50. This company is fraud. Be aware from this people. Still feeling sad to waste of my money $50.00. FRAUD EOT STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

A 5 week wait list to do your phone assessment. Nothing fast or express about this service, and their customer service is terrible. Any good reviews could only be paid for.

QUESTIONS FOR WA WHITE CARD WERE AMBIGUOUS AND CLEARLY DESIGNED TO WASTE YOUR TIME-CONTENT DID NOT PROMOTE ACCURATE LEARNING SKILLS - THERE WERE MANY ADD ON COSTS AND NOT UPFRONT AS ADVERTISED COST OF $55.00-VERY POOR - AS A COMPANY DIRECTOR I FOUND THIS VERY MISLEADING.

If I could I'd give zero stars. This website is designed to make money off of people who are seeking education. Being online their website is riddled with issues yet conveniently they have that covered in terms and conditions. So if you have been redirected incorrectly you can not get a refund for the costs you've incurred. The course itself is unnecessarily convoluted and you will. Waste time trying to complete all the different sections which takes ages to do but then at 80% completion you have to do an online assessment which is virtually impossible to book. Unless that is if you wanted to select a priority booking which shock horror costs more money i looked a month in advance and all spots were booked so its fairly clear its designed for you to need to pay more money. The rsa is now national yet they are offering state rsa's which im not sure are even recognised after all of this i was treated with no consideration whatsoever and as I mentioned my request for refund was conveniently refused. I never got the feeling I was cared about as a student at all.

UNABLE TO WORK BECAUSE OF THIS!

Like many of the other reviews, yes, its user friendly and well set out BUT and it's a big BUT, you pay for what the course and you expect to download your certificate, but BAM, four additional assessment items, which are locked and have to be sighted and assessed before it lets you move forward to the next assessment item. THEN when you get tot he final VERBAL assessment task the wait is more than 1 MONTH! That is total $#*!! Not what I paid my VERY LIMITED funds to gain essentially NOTHING! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

No not do your RSA with them!

1. They say, "pay when you pass". That's not true. You pay at the end of the multiple choice questions. THEN you have to do video and phone-call assessments in order to pass. 2. They say your certificate is "instant", implying as soon as you complete the online requirements, you can download the certificate. That is not true. There is a lengthy, drawn out process of many days after that as you wait for them to first assess the videos, and only then will the system allow you to book your appointment time for the phone call (and the earliest time may be days away). 3. They say, "no hidden fees or nasty surprises". But if you want the process to go quicker--to be closer to "instant", as they advertise it to be--you are invited to pay an additional $109 for "priority service". Since making the mistake of using them, I have met person after person who studied elsewhere and got their RSA certs within 24-36 hours of beginning the course (WITHOUT having to pay extra fees for expedited service). 4. Instead of apologizing for their misleading advertising, and seeking to change it, they are defensive, unhelpful and inflexible, refusing refunds and continuing to advertise misleading claims. 5. On their website, they get students to leave reviews BEFORE paying and realising there is way more to go. So I gave them a good review for the multiple choice questions only, thinking it was the whole course. I would not have left a positive review, had my feedback been sought at the very end of the process.

Completely Misleading

This website maintains the perception of "Quick and easy" yet it does not give any information on the EXTREME lengths you have to go to, to finish the assessment. I would not recommend paying for this.

I took phone tests and the evaluator told me I didn't deserve to pass these tests just by saying "wait" while verifying my identity. I think you should ask a little more, very rude evaluator

If you need the certificate immediately or within two weeks, you will have to pay a $100 priority fee as all bookings with an accessor are booked out. This is just for an RSA which costs $19.

This system is time-consuming, a useless form of the education you may take in a regular face to face class. I am a student in a college and spent two days completing some parts of the course online. Still, after I paid the total price as they asked, I understood that they are asking for more money. It was not directly though, they give you no time for a phone call, and if you want to do it earlier, you need to pay about 50 more and get a priority condition. During the audio in role-play, at the end of this, you will find your assessor is wasting your time by reading the whole question, and then they say you are out of your 15minutes time. They will tell, you need a workshop and go back to another phone call the other day. You will be stuck in your own trap!
So, I disappointed entirely and gave up. But, unfortunately, this online system will not give my money back, and I have not enough time to continue. So, take your time for finding a real and legitimate face to face course, and you will be granted your RSA card in one day.

Total scam!

Stated that payment was required upon completion of the course, system very tedious and time consumptive. I completed the 150+ questions and then paid as requested
Only to find out that three more courses were required for completion! The found out I need to complete more assessments, only to find out the damn course is Australia wide EXCEPT NSW! Staff rude and insulting, refused to RPL me for NSW corse or refund money! Complete ripoff merchants! Seriously Don't bother!

It advertises a fast and reliable service, but as soon as the first payment goes through everything slows down by a lot. They require you to pay for faster service, because without said faster service it takes weeks to get an appointment for the white card or even the RSA. DO NOT RECOMMEND, real scammy vibe and requires way more time and money than advertised.

Scam! WAST MONEY!

It's not totally online... They sneakly make you pay after you finish the online part and then they ask to record yourself for accessments and They make you pay extra to speed up process of assessments too.
Also You have to book for a accessor to call you and discuss a F scenarios of refusing to serve. WTF? However there is no time available for this call. Fast course? Really?
It's not 100% online course and they hide this process from you.
SCAM! Don't use this website!

I'm joining disapointed reviews... EOT is not "express" at all, should be instead renamed "Interminable Online Training"!
They are lying about how you can get your certification after your payment, force you to leave a review (which will be thrown away if they don't like it) and reply to personal questions. Big WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Stay away from this RTO.
They advertise they offer online White Card training courses, but once you go through a very lengthy registration process, pay IN FULL UPFRONT, they show you a full class schedule with no way of booking in a class.
I called their helpline, and spoke with a lady that was arrogant and rude and just spoke over me. She said the best they could do is offer to put me on a 'wait list' and there was no guarantee you will get a spot in the next round of classes. They only show courses for the next four days - no good enough as they only offer courses on weekdays and I need notice to take time off full time work to do this.
Asked for a refund and was said "I don't qualify". I'm going through a Paypay resolution process for a refund as they clearly just want to take my money and not offer the training service as advertised.
Beware they will they don't offer any way to enrol in a class at the time of enrollment, but take your money upfront.
Disgusting customer service and horrible website to navigate.
Don't use this RTO.
