Epic Games is the worst company because I wanted to completely remove one game, The Cycle:Frontier Closed Beta, I accidentally put the key wrong because the key didn't show Closed Beta, it just says The Cycle:Frontier, I immediately understood that the key is a small fraud. And I called Epic Games support, they say they can't delete it, I say it's proven, the Epic Games developer has no idea how to solve the problem. I asked who made the Epic Games Launcher how they have no idea how to delete a game that I don't want in my library. For me, Steam is the best because the support is very good, and when I accidentally put a beta key on Steam and wanted to delete a wrong game, Steam support helped me a lot and quickly solved the problem. And Epic Games is the worst company. When I saw a user who was very dissatisfied with Epic Games, I immediately knew that Epic Games was causing a problem because the support was running a bad business. I believe only one thing is Steam! And Ubisoft is very very good because the support is very very warm and kind. While trying to change a simple linking account and email change, I was ask to give my last four digit of my SSN and CCN. Let alone they ask for my IP address too, my issue still wasn't solved

I highly recommend that parents really watch their children playing with epic games, especially FORTNITE. My son was totally scammed by an older teenage boy he thought was his friend who portrayed himself to be only 15 or 16 years of age, pretended to be best buddy buddy with my boy, scammed him for his entire account and wiped everything out, changed his account information and passwords and stole his entire account which had about $1000 worth of stuff he bought for that account. I contacted Epic games about the problem and they did not help at all. They could not resolve anything and kept asking me for the emails that were attached to the account, when I gave them all the emails and information twice. THEN they told me to free up the email so that they can send information to my email and I asked them over and over what does FREE UP my email mean? There is nothing wrong with my email! So just so much back and fourth talk that wasn't getting anywhere at all, I literally just got sick of it and gave up. BEWARE they DO NOT have NO security against these scammer kids and will just give people the run around to recovering their accounts back!
