At first, I didn't think I was going to get good quality because of the price. Your website did not have the correct shipping information updated. The goods were delivered to my printer, but never knew they were there. Waited almost 30 min on hold when I called customer service.
2 of the pairs of shorts were made of different material than the rest.
When you customize the bag, it would be nice to see what that looks like. I had to guess on a multi-color bag if I should do white printing or black printing based on where the player name/number would be. This is just a small criticism. My overall experience was excellent.

I was easy to shop and find the product I needed. Since the coach had send us a screenshot of the pants with the item#. The original pant I ordered where (adult S) to big so I ordered a youth XL. The second pair of pants where bigger than the adult pants and where a different style. They were long and the original pants where short to the knee.
I paid extra money for shipping for item to reach me by a certain time, and it did not! It came late, so I wasted money with shipping and the item itself!
This is for Easter and I was really hoping it wouldn't take 8 days for items to arrive. It didn't even give the option to expedite shipping.
Updated- Received everything in a timely fashion! Even with some color errors on products I still managed to receive the correct item prior to Easter.

They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
