I ordered parts for my trusty hitachi circular saw that I have had for so many years I don't remember how long but it's been a long time, anyways I was thinking on buying g a new saw but in my search I stumbled upon this website so I checked it out.
I found out this site was real and seemed to be reliable so I ordered the parts I needed and was super excited that I can fix my saw for reasonable money and the parts should be sent to me quickly.
Unfortunately 1 of the items was back ordered and they won't send the order until they have everything that was ordered.
I have an option to go back on the order and cancel it. At this time I could order the parts that hey had and the part that's back ordered on 2 seperate invoices, which means 2 packages, which means 2 postal charges.
I said to myself that it won't take long so I decided to stick with my original order, so I waited and waited and waited for at least 6 weeks, I did receive 2 emails from the company saying how sorry they are and would be shipped as soon as the receive the part that's back ordered and then I received the other email to tell me how sorry they are that it's taking so long.
These days you would think that they could get the part faster than they did and I shouldn't have to wait so long, only makes sense, or the company should send 2 shipments and the company should be responsible for the extra cost of shipments, or have the warehouse that has the part send it directly to me, so would have 2 orders coming my way.
This whole thing made me feel angry, irrelevant and astonished that this happened. I am in the construction field and use my saw on a constant basis so guess what I had to do...I had to buy a new saw anyways, so in hind sight I should've just gone in that. Direction anyways.
Overall a bad experience for me and costly but I have to say the parts I waited so long for were correct and actually 1 of the items was modified and that was a pleasant surprise.
I got the "We apologize " email bit in my eyes the company could've done alot better, so on 1 hand I was not a happy camper and on the other hand its a great parts company that I would use time and time again because I have an abundance of tools and they do need fixing from time to time but to be honest, waiting for the parts is not favorable.

Don't like the way back ordered part shipments are handled, waited way to long especially these days.

My Account# CA-*******, My Order# ********, USPS Tracking#********************** - was returned to eReplacementParts because USPS did not place My entire address on My package. I am trying to get eReplacementParts to reship my Order, but with no Satisfaction. HELP
