Without getting into too much detail. This company is a fraud! I requested a refund because my paper was horrible. The manager contacted me & offered me $5 of my $25 that I initially paid. I advised I would write a review due to poor customer shrive and lack of overall quality. Bob stated me writing a review is blackmail & greed to give a full refund. I have screenshots of the email I will be forwarding over to my bank to file a claim because its been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my refund and when I reached out to a customer service rep today he implied it looked like I had done a chargeback on my account meaning I didn't allow the bank to take the funds for the services. This whole situation has been distasteful and I will no longer do business with the company! I also put my order # at the end of this review to see the comments/excuses they will have after this review is posted.

I ordered them to write me an essay with a story in it for a contest, and they made me utterly dissatisfied...
The essay didn't have any STORY in it, instead, it had a factual and statistical analysis! As if it was written for some research paper or something when i needed a complete narrative story. I returned the essay for revision like 4-5 times, but it didn't get any better, and I've wasted a lot of time.
When I turned to their support team, they offered me only 55% percent of the refund! When I expected 100%.
Moreover, they then decreased the refund after "reconsidering" my order.
If you are looking for a better essay service, go to Edubirdie or something, but not this one! Not only can't you chat with an author directly (like on Edubirdie), but their support team is completely unprofessional.
Don't ever order anything from them! I have no idea why do they have so many good reviews, but they might be false or seld-written (this is my opinion), because my experience with them was awful!
