Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).

I had paid for the controller to come within 2-3 days but it didn’t come then so that’s when i contacted customer service and they helped me out and the controller came on like the 4th or 5th day i was also able to track the order!
