Put a negative review on the Facebook page and got blocked… but not before I could poke around and see that several of their positive reviews are from fake profiles. Posted a review on Trust Pilot and the company said I hadn't bought their product. Joke's on them… now verified with Trust Pilot. Sham company. Avoid.
I ordered a black 3 in 1 charger with a 7-14 day delivery. It turned up a month later and the black charger had white universal adapters. I wanted to return for poor service and the product not being what I ordered and was told it doesn't fit their return policy. I thought if a customer wasn't satisfied or product received was not what was ordered i should get a refund.
