Strongly Worded Warning to Potential Customers

Beware of eWorldTrade's Deceptive Practices! As an existing customer, I paid a significant sum to open an escrow account based on their explicit promise of a full refund if unused. Despite eight months of persistent refund requests, they have refused to honor their commitment, falsely citing their so-called "free" buying leads service as justification—a service I never requested or used.
This company has acted in bad faith, ignoring my rightful claim while continuing to push unwanted services. Due to their unethical conduct, I have taken the following actions:
Filed a formal complaint with the [Business Protection Agency/Consumer Affairs].

Goods Paid and Not Arrived Platinum Package Purchased and Not Paid Loss of $10894

Even if our main business is B2B (you can see our reviews on merkandi.com) We have found after careful research that EworldTrade LLC/ is considered one of the best platforms in the world for the marketing of B2B products based on reviews of trustpilot, google and many others. This is why we decided on April 19th to pay $ 2500 for the Platinum Package which guaranteed us 18 monthly customers. Our manager is Mr *******@eworldtrade.com

To date, this company not only hasn't found the customers it had mentioned, but has even offered us to purchase products (40% deposit paid in advance equal to $8394) last May 9 (proforma and proof of payment attached) as per pro forma the goods should have arrived at our logistics centers in trezzano Rosa (MI) ITALY no later than 9 June. This is why 2 days ago we asked James Anderson to confirm our goods (real photo attached from a video call and driving license sent to us by him) saying to be patient for a few more days until the morning of June 9th, the date on which a certain James Anderson was supposed to shoot us a video showing our products ready for shipment. Obviously, this video is not ' never arrived Reason for which we asked to cancel the contract since the times were not respected and return the amount to us.
Unfortunately, to date, the will of Eworldtrade LLC/360 DIGI MARKETING LTD does not seem to want to respect the contract
Which is why, should they proceed with the refund of the advance paid and the refund of the $2,500 season ticket we will take care to let everyone know by writing that we have received a refund.
Fortunately, our company is structured and $******* does not represent a huge loss for us, but at the same time we think it is essential to update all small entrepreneurs who want to start collaborating with this company so as not to obtain a similar loss. A scam with a scale of our globe

I joined their platform as gold member, then after 2-3 months they told me gold package is not good, so you should upgrade to platinum. Still couldnt find a buyer for me after 3 months gold membership and almost 3 month on platinium. I ask them to refund my money as you promised in contract and written world of Key Account Manager( see the attached picture of communication with my KAM and their customer service).
Some points that you will never find on this platform.
1- they are not located in US, mostly indian, chinese and other nationalities that use virtual staff to present themselves in a way that hey have access to global market.
2- they dont have A Grade buyers, as they can only manage the buyers that sent the request on their platform. Alternatively I have heard from my previous KAM that they use other platforms such as go4world business, DHgate and some others to access the other platforms' buyers and bring it to you. Such a unethical and hilarious method.
3- Their IT team use free online logo design websites to design your logo, free online content writing websites to write a content for your website and therefore SEO ( thanks god that I have had my own website and found this issue during my SEO optimization). So all the things they give you, as a part of their package, are not original. After 3 month they have only posted 1 product in my instagram account and facebook. No email compaign was run. Obviously they are not committed to what they are saying
4- They use references in your fellow citizen to ask about their performance and pursuade you to buy a pakcage. After three month, I called them back, they were swithced off!
5- In order to mislead you, every 2 months your KAM will be changed which means their promised words will never come true because the new person shrug off the responsibilities and committments.
6- they instantly trying to cheat you as soon as you allowed. EX, the KAM asked me to write a recommendation for them on this site and another one, while they didnt provide me real buyer( see attached pic)
7- The buyer they introduce will never buy sth from you, because their identity are not approved. EX) when I told those buyers that I have office in your country or a local partner that can mange the deal on my behalf, they disapeared.
8- Finally, when they understand that you know they are scammers, they wont answer you at all. ( see the attached pic)
My recommedation to anyone who want to joint them by reading these reviews,
First of all dont join this platform. They are really good at cheating, by providing fake references, fake buyers from all arround the world and definately fake reviews that doesnt allow my review stand at the top.
The fact is that, they dont have any knowledge about your products, so they can not find a buyer for you, because they dont know the market that needs your products including processing, end users and etc.
There are number of ways to find buyers including email campaign, telephone marketing and etc. there is no shortcut and these guys knowing that and using this wrong shortcut to decieve people.
Please only accept a review with supportive docs.

Tip for consumers:

There are bunch of guys that put a lot of pressure to sell you a package. As soon as they get money, you will never get the services they promised. Dont lose your money. you can enjoy with the money that your paying to these cheaters.

E-world trade (EWT) is by no means a legit company. They use their own people and created fake positive testimonies as propaganda to get people enrolled into their scam. They will convince you that they will get you buyers with their detailed import history. Fantastic right.? We became their one of their many scam preys when signed up with them in December 2018. I had doubt at first until their sales guy Aamir convinced us by providing money-back guarantee in an event of no sales. Thus, We finally put our Money in. We had our first kick-of-call and surprisingly our doubt became higher. In the video call, we were introduced to 4-5 account managers of Pakistani origin. We were surprised to know each of them has own English/Christian names eg. Steven Jones, Angelina Smith, Kevin Hank etc. Why would They do This? Why does Everyone have pseudonames? Despite this rather funny encounter, we still had to maintain our positive mindset and decided to go for one of the managers. Days gone by and doubts grew more and more. Their design team sent us a web design of tarp company while we are exporters of fresh fruits despite being briefed multiple times for our social media campaign. At month 3 or 4 with no sales generated, we demanded our money back. However, they persuaded us to change to another key account Manager. We knew then that we were trapped in their scheme. Six months went by and we had no sales and not even request for quoatation. They had been using their own sales Channels generated by unverified people requesting for commodities in their website. These are buyers mostly from Indian and Middle Eastern origin. Most of these buyers are non-genuine buyers. We then requested again Our money back guarantee. They easily denied despite clearly mentioned in our contract. In the contract, we noticed that They had deliberately failed to enlist company registration number, address of domicile and phone number. There was also No signatory person or director of the company. We finally found out that These are all people residing in Pakistan but uses fake US number to call us and speaking in funny US accent.
We spoke to Their Sales Manager Zuhaib Wasti (*******539) also with no help. They have seems to have mastered the art of diverting us to another departments (Osama, Hamood dan Humayoon) until we decide to rest the case. Emails after emails were sent But they simply chose to ignore. With This review, we sincerely Hope that no other parties Should ever experience the same ordeal. Shoud you have doubt or need Any clarifications you can contact me at my email *******@gmail.com. We have all the evidences eg. Contract, emails and also whatsapp chat Messages if you need further assurance. We Should stop these people from taking advantage of people who want to grow their businesses like us.
