Explore Talent called me today and I had no idea who they were. Someone had set up an account for me and then I was called today to find out about it. But since I had no idea who they were I thought it was a scam, the representative was so Eager to have me pay money and then I said i need to think about it and he hung up on me and just overall seemed super pushy and rude. Here I was slowly comprehending what he was saying and the moment i needed to process he said oh you must not be interested. Click. The end. I don't think businesses are supposed to work that way right? I couldn't stop thinking about it all day at work. It sounds like a great business and oppurtunity but i feel like the staff shouldn't act like that. No one should act like that to each other right?

Landed a $1,600 gig on my 2nd day of signing up! I signed up on a Wednesday and was hired for a gig Thursday! It is a "Live Event" - Gameshow Host for the Independent Film Channel.

The opportunity was placed on my calendar, I sent my info to the contact person and two phone calls later I was hired. I was flown to NYC, put up in a hotel for a night and spent a day in training. Upon completion (12 days total, 3-4 hours a day) I will have earned $1,600! Just wanted to say THANK YOU!

Back in April I filmed a short film called "The Time" and a couple weeks ago I filmed as an extra in the Adam Sandler film "I Hate You Dad" which has a release date for next Summer. I have also had an offer to film a Meg Ryan film called "Lives of Saints" in November in Los Angeles and have had offers for four Disney shows A. N. T Farm Shake it Up Good Luck Charlie and Zeke and Luther. This is all in addition to offers for Big Time Rush & True Jackson VP and have been contacted by Ashley Argota's publicist who may work with me starting this July.

Thanks to ExploreTalent... I landed 2 Feature Film roles. These are independent movies that will be shown in all the major International Film Festivals. I just joined ExploreTalent and already has more opportunities than I ever imagined.

An elite modeling management agency in New York contacted us after seeing my profile on ExploreTalent. A casting director personally asked me to audition personally for both a TV SHOW and a Music Video. A producer/director from Tampa requested that I do a dance vide for a short he is producing.

I am actually overwhelmed by the response I have gotten from working with ExploreTalent Casting Directors and Producers. Thank you again. You are the BEST.

This site emailed me crap about castings that were a million miles away and I never got anything because I could never make auditions. Then when I wanted to cancel the day I got the recurring charge, they wouldn't give me my money back for the service I DID NOT INCUR. This website is a scam and complete bs. With that being said, I encourage everyone who has had a bad experience with them, to respond with your own terrible story of this so I can gather a portfolio, thank you.

I found this website while looking for information about working as an extra. Although you can browse for free casting calls, there is not a convenient way to search for types (model, extra, etc) and expired events are also listed.

I ended up receiving several calls to sign up (and pay) for representation. They have different plans for different levels. One of the plans comes with business cards. (bonus?) I can not figure out how a business card would help me get work as an extra.

If you are looking to browse jobs, it seems like a descent place to look. As far as an advocate for your job search, I'd look elsewhere.

This is a site that is heavily advertised on the internet for models to find work. Or basically any talent to find work. In a way they use people's desperate attempt to find work as a struggling artist to make money. There are many free places for artists to find work but this site charges for it. From that point of view, they do save people time and as such it does provide some level of value. Anyone looking at this site should read a little bit about what people in this industry think of sites like this in general.

Models/actresses looking for easy gigs such as promo work and such might be better off with sites like onemodelplace.com and checking out the casting calls.
