I have an order from weeks ago not yet delivered?!

I had messaged customer support about my order. I had a promotional order with a bathing suit for $10 and I order an extra bathing suit and some shoes. I returned one of the bathing suits and shoes and kept the bathing suit was interested in keeping. I got charged regular (discounted but not promotional price) for the bathing suit I kept and got refunded $10 for the suit I sent back. I never got a solution to this matter just explanation of what I already knew from customer service. I decided to send back the bathing suit I was going to keep since I was unhappy with not getting the promotional price as advertised.

I and many of my family and friends have noticed a decline in quality. I personally am disappointed in the screen print / iron on of the t shirts pants and jerseys. I currently limit my purchases and look elsewhere when looking for top/better quality.

I placed my membership on hold until December, where I will purchase several items for my daughter-in-law's for Christmas gifts. The process was simple and I recommend Fabletics for their excellent customer service and for their high quality products.

While I enjoy the quality of the products, I'm not a fan of being tied into a membership and being charged for credits if I forget to skip a month. I end up buying items I don't need simply because I have a bank of credits. And I remain a member to ensure I don't lose credits. Meh.

I have been a member of Fabletics for several years, and they continue to produce great quality products, fashion driven, and excellent customer service. I totally recommend Fabletics to anyone looking for fitness fashion and products.

I was very happy with my order but was unaware of the membership fee every month. I'm like a lot of Americans now living pay check to pay check and can not afford the $69 dollars a month. I'm sorry but this is something I just can not afford.

I think it is ridiculous how the credits expire. It is my money that I paid and got nothing for it. This is the reason why I cancelled my membership. I lost over 200.00. I called customer service to get my money back and they denied my request.

Great quality but the selection of the things that I want is poor. The items that are my style never have my size so I just end up buying things to buy things instead of buying what I want. Scrubs are great though!

I am so fed up with Fabletics and the fact that they rarely have size small. When they do have my size it never fits properly. I am so fed up with the inconsistency of the way the clothing is made. Further, Fabletics is now passing their import tariff onto the customer which is bull. If you have to pay an import tax for doing business, then you either incorporate that in the cost of the clothing or eat it as the cost of doing business.

I paid for an item that never was sent. And when i tried to message yall. It just said it was disconnected or not working at the moment. So due to the horrible service. I will not be ordering anything else.

I LOVE my leggings but sadly I had to return some items and have yet to receive my refund. The chat won't seem to connect and I haven't had time to call. I got the email saying they got the items but we are at 2 weeks with no refund.

When you sign up, you buy clothing at very reasonable prices.
After you sign up, the price escalates and the prices you saw to get you in the door are prices you never see again.

The clothes are nice. They look good, wear well, and care well. The quality is there. We are willing to pay for quality clothing that looks good. Having said that, we do shop around and can find quality clothing at other places that cost less.

I get member credits each month. I would buy every single pair of the One pant in each color BUT they NEVER have my size in anything but Khaki. At least give an option to "alert" customer when size is in stock. But I do love the pants 🤣

As a new customer to fabletics you get the VIP discount. First pair of scrubs $19, great deal. However after that the scrubs are expensive. The quality of the scrubs are not worth the regular price after the VIP promotion

I primarily use my shorts for gym and basketball. I've only owned the shorts for a couple weeks and they already ripped. I've owned shorts for years before the showed damage. I'm just grateful that I didn't pay full price for these

I ordered items and over a month later, I called to cancel order. I was told my items were "delayed". I was pressured to not cancel my membership. I repeatedly said 'I want to cancel my membership". I will never order from Fabletics again. Too much hassle. I should be able to cancel my membership at anytime and not have to explain repeatedly why. I payed for items I never received. The end.

I like the clothes that I have purchased on the site. Good quality and comfortable. The website I have had trouble with. On 3 occasions I have skipped a month and then it still charges me for a VIP credit.
