I have successfully purchased an entire wardrobe of Fabletics pants & shorts which I truly enjoy [in the store and via the app] nevertheless to have to constantly SKIP singular months at a time is...very frustrating. One month where I SKIPPED properly, I was still charged and had to jump through hoops to get the fee refunded. While I would prefer not to cancel my subscription as I do really enjoy their products, it is always on my mind - do I just cancel and forget about Fabletics projects altogether or keep the subscription and struggle with the monthly process.

Additionally, when I initially signed up for the VIP program it was never explained you only get the major discount the 1st time you shop. I would have purchased more

It took over a month for my order to be delivered to California. I don't live in California. The tracking said it was delivered to my home address. It was delivered back to a port or something in CA.

I'm reaching out to customer service.

I absolutely love the running shorts I bought! However, they were very pricy since I didn't want to "sign my life away" to the membership. If the cancellation process was very clear and/or a feature to pause the monthly payments then it would be a great way to get some great shorts for running!

The monthly membership fee is expensive.
There is no reminder or warning monthly, reminding you to actively skip the month or get charged.
The process to skip the month is not straightforward.
The process is geared around you forgetting to skip our not skipping correctly
Thank God my family like their leggings.

The ripstop pants are awesome. I've gotten so many compliments.
I have even dressed them up and no one thought I was wearing workout gear!

I'm older and I'm not sure if the membership is right for me. There are only so many dress pants I can buy.

I wish you all would stock more! I've been waiting months for the correct size and it has not gone in stock yet.

I've purchased multiple things from Fabletics at this point. Usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to get my deliveries, which is pretty sad.

How the VIP system works is a little confusing. That may be on purpose as a business model, but it comes off sketchy.

I am very happy with my supportive sports bra and fabulous/comfy pants. All of my fabletics items wash well without shrinkage or color fading.

Experience was always positive. My two complaints are it takes too long to get my order and the return process is not user friendly.

Quality, fashionable gear. I have a lot of it. But the monthly requirement to shop or skip the month is just annoying.

We ordered 3 pairs of "The Only Pant" in the classic fit. Only 1 pair fit. The other two had issues with the pant length. They were supposed to have a 34" inseam. The first pair the legs were two different lengths one 33" and one 34".
The second pair had two different lengths as well, one 32 1/2" and the other 33".

We then tried to order the same pants in a slim fit, again a 34" inseam, but the pants were 33" inseam.

We are very happy with the one pair we got but disappointed we can't get more.

The clothes are high quality and I have never had an issue with items not holding up through workouts and even marathons.

This site is one of the biggest scams, where they charge you monthly and then make you pay $60 for a cheap pair of pants to get your money back.

Great products that fit perfectly! Only problem is it seems like you are out of stock on products I generally purchase.

I love absolutely everything from fabletics! I have socks, bras underwear leggings tank tops. And you can't beat being a member!

The search experience was extremely frustrating! Using search filters, brought up items that were not actually available. When I finally found what I was looking for, the items were not actually available.

The quality of the clothing is very good, but that is not able to overcome the egregiously long time it took to deliver and that the package appeared to disappear into the ether for weeks & weeks without update.

Plus size items sell out almost immediately to the point being a member has next to no worth for me.

Always buy for the fit and the fact there are pockets. Makes me look slimy and I can hide my phone and money in the pockets! Bras are always comfy and sexy looking and feels HotMama. The BEST clothes for lounging and working out! 😍

Always great service! Everyone ( employees) Always goes above and beyond to make sure we found what we were looking for while making sure we're happy. Will always drive the extra miles for great customer service, never left the Old Orchard store unhappy or disappointed ALWAYS a great experience.

Fabletics has great quality clothing and pretty quick shipping. I have a huge drawer full of their shorts in every color imaginable and my closet is full of Fabletics shirts. I highly recommend their activewear.
