This is by far my favorite place to shop. Whether I'm going to work, the gym, or a date you guys have me covered. I would love to participate in the product review board. The new colors and styles are always amazing.
Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
I adore Fabletics customer experience. The product is high quality. If I had one complaint it would be the availability of certain sizes and colors on the website.
The ease of use for the website is amazing. The check out experience is smooth.
Product is amazing but the website and app makes it more difficult than it needs to be. I am a member but hate that I have to opt out every month. The monthly credit is not worth it to me. The deals that come out are. I would rather have a paid membership for the year to get deals but having to click no each month is annoying. I would rather it be I click yes each month that I want to
I LOVE my leggings but sadly I had to return some items and have yet to receive my refund. The chat won't seem to connect and I haven't had time to call. I got the email saying they got the items but we are at 2 weeks with no refund.
I like the shorts. They are high quality. If I could buy the shorts for the introductory price all the time, I would wear anything else. The difference in quality is not enough to overcome the price. The pricing scheme is to gimmicky and I would just prefer to know the actual price up front.
I get member credits each month. I would buy every single pair of the One pant in each color BUT they NEVER have my size in anything but Khaki. At least give an option to "alert" customer when size is in stock. But I do love the pants 🤣
I primarily use my shorts for gym and basketball. I've only owned the shorts for a couple weeks and they already ripped. I've owned shorts for years before the showed damage. I'm just grateful that I didn't pay full price for these
Money, money, money, money! Couldn't close the account fast enough! They were trying to charge me even before I received my first order! I'll NEVER do business with them again! The products were not that great anyway, less quality than Walmart!
Bought a pair of shorts. Received notifications that it was shipped and in a state away. Two weeks goes by and no new notifications. I get ahold of customer service and they tell me that there was an issue with shipping and they sent it back. If I didn't get ahold of customer service and asked for an update, they would've sent the shorts back and kept my money. Not the first time having this type of issue with customer service. They refused to answer my questions and just have me the solution script that they are trained on. It didn't work. I closed my account and never shopping with them. I can careless for Fabletics.
I loved fabletics a when I was younger. I'm a mom of two now and decided to go back recently to get my fitness wardrobe revamped. I think I'm just out of your market now. A lot of the clothes did not look good on my 40 year old body. I think I'll let the 30 year olds keep rocking the Fab and I'll stick to my full tops and mid waist pants. Keep being fab and I'm going to reside to being 40
I knew that when I started with Fabletics that I would have to skip the month sometimes so as not to purchase every month, but I wish that there was a reminder email that came out indicating I would be charged in the next few days for the month. Also, there are sometimes limited selection of colors, sizes when I find a deal I finally like. But, the biggest issue is that the credits expire after a year, and again, no warning email. It feels very frustrating I've been charged and spent money but I've lost that money after a year because I only choose to purchase when we really need something.
YOU never told anyone about a membership or subscription! Then the next month you magically deducted the amount from my account. Ridiculous! To your credit only to threaten the BBB but once and you deducted it and stopped the subscription. Clothes are great! However will never place another order.
Fabletics is subscription-based which causes me to monthly want to exit permanently. Instead, I skip each month. It is frustrating that they bury the skip button making it hard to find snd making you think you might have skipped when you actually haven't.
I find it very difficult to skip a month. The pop up window only says to get credit now. When I finally find where it says to skip it doesn't confirm that I'm actually skipping a month. It says if you skip you will miss out.
Yall always have sales going on, therefore the monthly price is always much higher than the single credit. The only way to truly maximize your value is to purchase a bundle. So I recommend even more bundles options to get a better value, using the leftover credit for more than one item if the item is cheaper, or lowering the monthly payments. Even a create your own bundle would be great.

I ordered clothes on 8/14 with expedited shipping. Not only did the clothes not arrive within the expedited shipping window. The clothes never arrived after waiting for 3 week. I will never order from Fabletics again, and I will actively recommend that others never order from Fabletics either.
The Fabletics sales are great deals. But the membership required to unlock the savings is lame. Who's buying clothes on a such a regular basis that it offsets the high monthly fee? Yes, they offer free cancelation, but you have to CALL and then they pressure you to keep the membership until you insist they cancel it. Just have the sales without the baggage!
Great quality but the selection of the things that I want is poor. The items that are my style never have my size so I just end up buying things to buy things instead of buying what I want. Scrubs are great though!
I had messaged customer support about my order. I had a promotional order with a bathing suit for $10 and I order an extra bathing suit and some shoes. I returned one of the bathing suits and shoes and kept the bathing suit was interested in keeping. I got charged regular (discounted but not promotional price) for the bathing suit I kept and got refunded $10 for the suit I sent back. I never got a solution to this matter just explanation of what I already knew from customer service. I decided to send back the bathing suit I was going to keep since I was unhappy with not getting the promotional price as advertised.
Wanted to buy a few pairs of shorts for a race. Didn't realize I somehow signed up for a monthly membership. Called to cancel and it was like pulling teeth to get it cancelled. Sad because I liked the shorts and would have ordered more and even pants if it weren't for the stupid monthly fee they have.
Not a big fan of high rise leggings. Still liked MID RISE leggings because I'm short and petite. Not many options of Mid Rise leggings and also they run out of stock fast before I ordered. I also liked size small low no show sock thin. They don't make it anymore.
It took over a month for my order to be delivered to California. I don't live in California. The tracking said it was delivered to my home address. It was delivered back to a port or something in CA.

I love the Powerhold Highwaisted leggings and jacket and wear them pretty much year round. However the black goes out of stock often, which is a little irritating. I go to the gym and walk the dog everyday so this is the core of my wardrobe. I wish there were more offerings for colder climates (which is not a cropped puffy jacket and bared midriff).
The monthly membership fee is expensive.
