We use Milwaukee tools for all our plumbing jobs and many of the other contractors are amazed at the quality, durability and battery life. I have to keep a close eye on them so they don't disappear off the job sites. Every tool ever purchased has arrived within a week or less and is exactly as described. I recently returned to using Facebook more after a long time (years) of not using it due to privacy concerns. I added extra security measures only for it to be hacked yesterday, July 27,2021 by a user with the name 'Josep Reyes'. I tried to authenticate a different way as it suggested. I uploaded my i.d.
Facebooks says no one will get around to reviewing my submission for at least 48 hours. After submission I received no confirmation email or text to any of my contact details that was still properly associated with my account. It could be floating around in cyberspace or that hacked as well. Facebook has no live customer service *******800, this I discovered today after reading their "Help" Center's webpage which provided no guidance for my particular circumstance. In order for you to enable or disable 2 step authentication you have to be logged in. You can't log in if your account has been hacked by stalker/complete stranger, associated now with someone else's email address and profile. I filed a police report. I emailed the police report details to *******@facebook.com. Facebook was not helpful at all. They have made no contact with me regarding my identity theft on their social media platform.

To be honest, Facebook is just 'blah'. It's just there. Nothing special, average features and nothing innovative about this platform. They are pretty extreme on negative comments. Too extreme if you ask me.

The Facebook market is full of scams. If you are looking to buy anything off Facebook, be very cautious. There are also a lot of fake profiles scamming people.

Trying to contact Facebook about issues or help with anything is 100% impossible. Their support documentation is mediocre at best. But hey!... at least we can keep in touch with people from high school. That's all Facebook is good for.

So let's talk about social page that does nothing but cause drama and was created for that specific purpose, right? If you look at its history and now its present- He(Zuckerberg) has accomplished a legacy that is disturbing. He is a case example now in psychology classes in many ways.

I had a business page against my own personal choice but did it as a suggestion because of my business. Reluctantly- I had one for a couple of years than had to make some changes because of a move out of state. As I changed our business name (by one word)--- I was taken off as Admin by facebook the next minute. Why? I asked why too. Ironically because I was making changes to our new address and name from a move to another state? It is easy to verify the changes since I was connecting not only my instagram and also my website with the same info trying to update my fb- however FB has no recourse except a endless Apple death circle or maybe just someones bad day that has no way you can hold them accountable for it.

This is what I have done 1) logged on my account to do it, 2) was logged on to my website for verification. 3)Next, taken off by facebook as admin see below.

Now as far of finding help? LOL They used to have a number but as leaders in the field of customer service know it is "a heck of blogs and FAQs" that NO one wants to be bored to tears with or want to read about senseless things that do not apply. It is meant to just let you give in with your tail between your computer. ;)

There is still a fb phone number however the phone line hangs up on you because NO, they do not have customers service anymore so "goodbye!" is what a recorded voice states.

But NO----- nowhere does it say after several pages "if facebook takes you off as admin" and leaves your page without ONE or a way to be managed-- what do I do? I have heard now that many people have lost pages and just resigned. I am sure if facebook "fact-checked" me - well... probably this review says it.

I would hope they would "HELP" people or have a positive outlook or encouraging site. I am not sure it is in the bylaws and their system except to just do what they do which is "fact check" and do security checks on people's on sites. Good job! Wish I could have a job that I could get things wrong and not be accountable or care enough to help people when I did something to someone's account without regard. So I think we all should move on from the drama and stop making Zuckerberg rich and stop using facebook. Like my teenager says "no one uses facebook anyways, mom". LOL We all have choices. I have made mine.

The new update they did is great. The new interface is working well most of the times but could be improved

Facebook has gone too far on censoring posts. Things that can't even possibly be considered offensive are flagged and get you 3 day bans. Basically, if you post anything, however harmless it may seem, you're in danger of catching a ban. No point in being a member of Facebook if you have no free speech at all. Marketplace is horrible. I tried to buy one item that the seller offered shipping on, never heard from the seller and 3 days later my order was cancelled without a reason. People who put up car ads are completely unresponsive or flaky. My favorite is one guy who never answered any questions from anyone on his car he had listed for sale. Wouldn't tell anyone if the car had a title, had no useful information in his ad at all, horrible pictures, and then 3 days later, doubled the price of his car, still not stating whether he even had a title or not. He finally decided to reply days after doubling the price of the vehicle, stating he would not accept a PayPal deposit or anything for the car, even though he lived hours away, and would not guarantee he wouldn't sell it out from under me. And the man had the most impossible hours for anyone to pick up the car. Marketplace seems to have the worst sellers.

My account was hacked and I have not been able to login because the hackers changed my email address. I can not report it and can not change it because Facebook makes it impossible. They have no phone number or email where you can talk to someone. I have been dealing with this for two weeks with no help. I even tried to report it through another persons account, but have been unsuccessful. I asked to speak to a manger, get an email, or an address to write a letter. No response from the agent that was helping me through my son's account. They just stopped responding to me. At this point I just want my pictures of my son's and deceased mother because I am sooooo disappointed. I have had this account for over 10 years with no problems and now it is gone. This is so sad from a company so large.

Facebook give hackers permission to hack accounts. They block the people reporting the account instead of shutting down the account until the owner proves who they are. My daughters account was taken over. They even manipulated a video of her to say that the account is legitimate. They will block u before you can report the account as hacked, which buys them time to continue to use her name to defraud her friends. Facebook needs to change their policy on blocked accounts.

I don't know what too see but that product is best. You not wisting your money but yousing good ways so buy fast.

I had to delete an account i used for volunteering purposes after being harassed for months by a romanian facebook employee. Banned many times because i acted against anticovid and racist posts in a scientific /sociologic way, explaining why i believe those guys are russian mercenaries or their puppets, i got tired. The aggressive posts with false informations are still on facebook, my responses are deleted. What can i deduce? On short: i believe facebook became a dangerous misinformation platform and their mods should be recruited from a much better educated human segment. While it's not too late. Facebook profits are huge, the financial argument for hiring low educated people don't stand.
