Please. Pay attention here. Mark Zuckerbeg is a criminal. He only wants to sell your private information to advertisers, amongst other shady companies. Facebook is terrible for privacy. Its also toxic, it encourages narcissism. I highly recommend avoiding ANYTHING facebook, if you value your privacy. Other than that, facebook is good for contacting people on messenger for free. In any country. Simply using wifi or 4g mobile data. Besides this feature, there is nothing good about facebook.

Facebook has the worst customer service. How do you not have any type of a call center?

I was locked out of my account months ago. Someone hacked me, changed my email AND my password. Facebook wants to send a recovery email to the email that has been changed. What in the world is that going to do for me?

Fast forward to today, I find out they'll send an email to any email address I select as long as I give them a picture of my ID. I do that. They say, "Okay. Here's a link. Change your password." Hopes are up. For no reason. After I change my password it wants a "code from a code generator". What the actual fu¢k is that? I didn't set that up ever. So, I still can't get in. It gives three options for a "if this doesn't work" scenario. They all basically say "log into Facebook on a device you've logged in on before." Yep. That's my phone I'm currently using. Guess that's not good enough for some reason. Or. GET THIS. LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT AND GO TO THE MENU TAB. If I could do that, why the fu¢k would I be here to begin with? $hit platform. I just want my memories from 10+ years ago, you corporate di¢ks.

Conclusion:
Not to sound like I wear a tin foil hat, but I think facebook intentionally did this to some extent to get a copy of my ID.

After being taken by a Facebook advertisement, as are thousands of people, Facebook fact checkers should be checking any one advertising on it's site. 95% of advertisements are fraud. These advertisers are only after your money. They use what looks like a legitimate company with all the accreditations and phone numbers and when you try and contact them they don't answer the phone or a recording puts you on hold and plays ridiculous music until you hang up in frustration, all the while Zuckerberg is making millions off the advertising. Before you order anything off a Facebook ad I encourage you to investigate the company for any fraud or misrepresentations. Again don't order anything off a Facebook ad if you have not checked the business out!
I encourage all legitimate businesses to help fight this fraud. Don't advertise on Facebook there are other avenues to get the word out!

The part took forever to get, and the first time it came it was not even close to the right part. You should pay to overnight it when you inconvenience the customer. Especially when I need it for business. So that's poor service.

Rather than changing and upgrading facebook, they need to put more protection on facebook because not everyone wanna upload their identity so they can have access to facebook again all because Meta says 50,000 Facebook users may have been spied on by private surveillance firms which that's a lie because when I check to see if my facebook app new to upgrading I would see this "1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California, United States" coming from the people who created Facebook, all types of people on Facebook and sad part is we can't get in contact with him if we ever have a situation

OK, so it's not voluntary! Facebook is forcing me to use a so-called more secure way of logging in. First I have to enter my password. No problem there. Then I have to read a barcode with a barcode scanner. Doesn't work when I enter the code! Tried it numerous times, using different barcode-scanning apps. I am locked out of my account! Great job, Facebook! Orwell's 1984 has nothing on you!

My old account was hacked and taken over by the hacker and I've written to fb and they will not help me get my old account back that I had for 11 years. I've begged them to help me but they completely ignore me.

Well I am amazed being banned for 6 days for saying the couple who murdered the young child Arthur should be hung! The FB police considered this hate speech!
