What idiot needs it?
December 6, 2016

It was getting harder and harder to post about things I am interested in on line with out running into the problem of no Facebook account. Every site wants you to sign in with Facebook. So I finally made a Facebook account. Well, they turned around and blocked it because I didn't use my own first name on it. Has anyone noticed that as soon as you sign up, Facebook wants to match you with anyone that you might have the least bit of possibility of knowing? What's that all about? You can't look around with out being alerted to any possible acquaintances? Facebook is too invasive and so o o o o o boring. How many of you are aware that Facebook provides no customer service? I mean NO customer service. They cause you a problem and are unwilling to make the least bit of effort to help? And a reasonably intelligent and well adjusted person needs this silly stuff for what reason? If you have any life at all, why do you need Facebook account? Anyway, I am going to keep on complaining until Facebook closes the account they blocked and then I am going to keep right on complaining until they provide some customer service. They are so proud of their huge membership and they are making money by tracking all those millions of people and connecting you to all your family and friends but yet, they don't need to provide even a minute amount of customer service. They are causing all of their members a security problem, yet you can't call them and you can wait an awfully long time to get a response to an email so I have read. Me? Once you make me mad, I will become an absolute pest until some body fixes the problem. Facebook has been broke so long, it is time somebody does some fixing. Oh no, does that mean somebody might unfriend me? Hey, I just want off of that sleazy site. I should have known better than to make that account. Wake up Facebook. If you are not there to help the people you supposedly serve, shut it all down.

Sizing problem
November 23, 2016

Ordered size 2, was too big. So I exchanged for size 0, cost extra 8 dollars to exchange. Size Zero still too big, i had to put out extra 70 to alter the dress. It looks beautiful on stage but i had to go through all that does not worth it. The dress runs super big at the thigh lines.

Community guidelines suck
November 18, 2016

Cy·ber·bul·ly·ing
ˌsībərˈbo͝olēiNG/
Noun
The use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature.

Sorry but I had to put that up so everyone knows what cyberbulling is.
Now how does this fit in with Facebook?
Easy.

Facebook has this button that says report on it, when you click that to report a person for their comment or their page then the comment or page is suppose to go under investigation.

Yea, no that doesn't happen, it seems to have shown that they do not look into their comments very well and do not act upon these reposts because "opinion"

Ok let's use bullying in real life.
If I called someone, stupid, fat, ugly, $#*!ed, moronic, they should die, then I would automatically be called a bully and would be charged with murder if the person does commit suicide.

Apparently on FaceBook, this is but an opinion. No it's not an opinion to insult someones intelligence level, or wish death on a group of people, that's not an opinion at all.

If I said all white female republicans must die, that's not an opinion at all that's a threat (that sentence was an example I do not condone murder and death on anyone of any race, gender, sexuality, wealth, etc.)

People can say it like that and still go on and kill a person. It's happened before I mean it's in history books and police investigations and such.

But it's an opinion apparently. Even if it's pointed to a specific group of people when they have a report button that says (is it hate speech directed toward a specific group of people, religion etc.)

Nice job facebook for "keeping your community safe" by allowing someone to say that type of stuff to a group of people.

Zuckerberg is a prick. He favors racists. Also, too many idiots in groups. These morons thinks "bro" is black or white slang, instead of Spanish/Italian slang like it is. Another idiocy common in the site's groups also is that Visigoth girls (Lopezes, Ramirezes) are the most broish of all girls. Stupid statement. It is a piece of crap site. I don't respect them. Go to Twitter if you want social media with respectful people.

Facebook on the surface seems like a great place. You can make new friends or reconnect with old ones. But once you get on the wrong side of the punishments you will see the full picture.

If you posted some risky or otherwise inappropriate content you can expect a block. It starts out as a short block, as little as an hour. It will eventually reach 30 days.

Most of the time the blocks will occur just hours after your post is made, meaning someone reported your post and Facebook decided to take action.

But sometimes it will be many months after a post is made that the punishment occurs. I am currently two days into a 30 day block for a post made about 8 months ago.

Facebook may not be the one to blame here. It is very likely I have a stalker who digs through older posts to report me and get me in trouble months after the fact.

If you ever get this punishment it is in your best interest to go through your older posts and remove any that might get you in trouble. Because otherwise you might get another unjust block.

If Facebook weren't so overzealous with retroactive blocks I would rate them highly.

There are plenty businesses out there that charge decent prices for vinyl pressed shirts, mugs, gifts, and more.
This particular business on facebook; Virtuous Applications (out of Hollins, AL) is nothing but an insult!
They charge 45$ to personalize a tumbler that isn't even a Yeti. That doesn't include what they will charge for shipping if you require it.
T-shirts can be bought for 2-3$ at Walmart. This business will charge 30$+ for the same quality shirt!
Do your research. Stay away from this business unless you'd like to be ripped off. There are tons of others out there that will charge a fraction of their cost.

Seriously?! Who's heard of this place?

Demeaning and HORRIBLE
September 23, 2016

I thought that being a single mom and dealing with the death of my child's father I could go to this site for support but I was bashed and criticized for "making wrong decisions," I was told that I should've choose the father of my child wisely then maybe he'd still be alive. I was told that I need to suck it up and stop looking for a handout

Lewis Paulen and their team are awful. He'll "fix" the scope of work you agree to, act live he's saving you money with materials and going to get the job done right, then he does a hack job. I've had 4 of the corner trim posts around my house become detached from the structure because LP Construction used glue and it expanded in the summer months. You'd think this would be covered by a 3 year warranty, that he would come back and fix it. You can call him, text him, every time you'll get the run around about how it's on his list of things but good luck even getting that far. I've found that most of the time he'll only pick up a phone call if it's from a new number, and don't bother leaving a voicemail because you can't. He doesn't have voice mail box setup. What kind of business is this? He's also told me he has his phone shut off a couple times. Don't worry though, he'll make 10 confirmed appointments with you and not show up to a single one. It's been 3 months since I contacted him about this, and I haven't heard a single peep. Seems like once you pay him he doesn't feel obligated to contact you ever again to provide that 3 year warranty he'll drone on about. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have bought two barbie dolls from you and what was written and told about the dolls was a flat out lie. The items were damaged not in good shape boxes damaged and not new in box just how you have described. They were not new they were opened and the boxes were damaged. I am a collector and the box is as important as the item in the box. You are nothing but lair's in cause what you described was not true. That is a very, very bad way to run a business. I am going to tell as many people as i can share it on facebook take pics of the items just as the way i have received them. I hope people read this and see just how dishonest your business really is. I am a big collector and know a bunch of other big collectors and i will never recommend them to your business. The first one i bought i just thought everybody makes a mistake and i gave you another chance, I was wrong cause the same thing happened. That just tells me your business is messed up and you do nothing but lie just to sell your items. You should call your business nothing but LIARS cause that is what you seem to be. I would really like for your business to make things right but by the reviews i have read you seem not to even do that. All in all you SUCK! Your business sucks i will never buy anything from you again and i will do my best to let thousands of people know just how much of liars you are and how bad of the items you sell are and the way they come to your house from your business. YOU SUCK! My name is Tina Hickman you have my mailing information of where I have bought said items. Here is your chance to make it right please be honest for once for good business It's the right thing to do

Barely Useful
September 6, 2016

I keep my Facebook account only for marketing and for potential clients. Other than that, this website breeds nothing but annoyance. In fact, Facebook is like the Tumblr of adults where everyone wants to have a say in social and political issues, but can't express it in a nicer way. When used inappropriately, this website just touches the highest point of bullying, harassment and humiliation.

On top of that, Facebook wants access to everything of yours, so if you're a private person, you should probably post less about yourself. They read your private messages, look at your sent photographs, and uses your account to access other websites' social plug-ins in order to target advertisements to you. Is it creepy enough that products I don't ever mention to anyone or anything on Facebook somehow pops up after I use it in real life? Are they using global surveillance on me or something?

Don't even get me started with their iPhone apps. Every week is an unnecessary update that makes the product worse and worse. Facebook also doesn't have a sense of privacy. They notify all my friends publicly about events on I'm interested and what I post into other public group, and they also destroyed the algorithm for the news feed so now I get almost no views of my photography. The Trending panel is also an annoying feature that I despise. I honestly don't care if a celebrity decided to get naked for a magazine or a video went viral because it was so "cute".

Lastly, like another reviewer said, Facebook all of the sudden seems to reject their own policies on pornography. I've reported many porn images and a lot of explicit sexually related content and none of them ever get deleted. They would just tell me "oh, sorry, we looked at this and decided it didn't match what reported, thanks for letting us know anyway". They ignore their own rules about violations.
