Most of the meals are just not good, their cancellation policy is BS, they have the ability to cancle and order up to 2 days before arrival but will refuse to. The KETO selections aren't really all that Keto friendly. Customer Service is terrible, they will dispute info sent out in their own official emails.
Scam company. They don't give 50 % off from first offer and 20 % off from the next 4 as they advertise. They have some food discounted but not all included. And I still made the first order but I didn't get what I ordered.
The auto renewal is a complete scam. We were signed up about a year ago and cancelled service. 2 days ago we received an email offer for 50% off and I clicked on the email to view it. Apparently to Factor viewing the email now means we renewed and they debited my card and sent me random meals. They are criminals and just viewing an email shouldn't reactive. Will never do business with them again and will discourage others.
I signed up on the websites BUT then I realized the variety was very limited, especially if I did not want pay an addition $9.99. I could not find 6 meals, (meal plan number), that I wanted to eat. So, I immediately cancelled and answered the questions why I was cancelling. That was yesterday. Today my credit card company lets me know I have been charged by Factor and also they have set up a weekly charge on my credit card. I am currently disputing this whole scenario. The real kicker is that you have to sign up, set up your credit card info before Factor will let you see their menu!

The problem I have with factor/hello fresh is bussiness practices they are using to charge your card. I did not receive a box that said it was delivered and I was charged for. They credited me for that. However you can't use the credit until you use the promotional credit. So they wanted me to order 4 more boxes in order To kick in to use the Box that was stolen credit So I have no food and in essence I have to pay for more food for the non delivered box in order to get my credit for the undelivered box. Make this make since. So if Your courier continues to steal the boxes. You want me to continue to pay you for stolen boxes. You have got to be out of your freaking mind. FYI i live in a gated community with 10 residents For the last 15 years. Nobody buzzed in on camera so trust me my neighbors didn't take the food.it said food was delivered at 1105 pm. Hello fresh and factor...they are connected... Perfect your business practices and taking money from people's credit cards. I've only had Six meals and I am out of three hundred plus dollars. I will never use these services again based off of business practices. And I will let all of my friends know..

The service itself is alright, but the billing methods make you feel scammed. You cannot cancel their service from their app. When you attempt to cancel on their website there will be about 4 layers of false buttons to stop you. Unacceptable.
The food is not bad, though I honestly don't think it's worth the money they charge. But the convenience was there, so I gave them a try. They kept leaving meals out of my order, but still charging me for them. I had to call almost every week a because of missed meals, but all they would do is give me a "credit". However, those credits would NEVER get applied, so they just kept piling up (I currently have over $80 in credits) but they'd bill my card for the full amount every week.
Didnt send me a product first week, then cancelled my account on phone. Proceeded to charge me 160 dollars for next week rven though i cancelled.
Got my first order and it was 73 degrees. Contacted customer service and they refused to replace it. Their site says if it arrived above their recommended 41 degree temp contact them and they'll replace it. What a joke.

They refused to cancel shipment for an order I cancelled on the mobile app. Cancellation didn't go through, and when I saw the charge on my PayPal I called. They refused refund because they didn't see any cancellation. Customer service is lacking.
Although web site details how to cancel your order on your account. You actually have to call to cancel. It is difficult to stop delivery of meals. Once signed up your stuck for life.
Factor sucks
Factor sucks, I canceled my subscription right after I made my first order, and to my surprise, I got a second delivery, and they said they could not cancel the third one because is already scheduled.
No refund, and unhelpful customer service.
We use this service to help with elderly and meal prep (aka my out of state parents). Unfortunately factor 75 is unable to assist them in actually delivering meals. Customer care is out of country, which is usually no problem, but they keep pushing back the time and unable to speak with someone who does not talk without a script. Customer service hung up on me so I will be canceling all accounts. 6 boxes shipped and only 1 arrived.
Don't make an account! They thrive on small print details for a money grab. You can't see the food selection unless you make an account. So I made one, just wanted to see if anything looked appetizing enough to order. I did not order any food or press any order buttons. But what Factor 75 hides in small print is that if you make an account and If you don't cancel the account, they will charge you without letting you know, for food you did not chose or running it by you first before they take you money. Total money grab. They will not provide a refund. Not ok.
Buyer beware. You will be billed for weeks you skip. I was told it was bc of tech issues on their end. Offered a 50%store credit.even though it had not yet shipped. Horrible customer service. I will never use again. $130 order(that I had skipped TWICE bc their web site has issues) to sit and rot on my front porch for two weeks while I'm out of town! DO NOT USE FACTOR75! You have been warned.
The very first order that I placed was not delivered. Support then decided to tell me that its "not their fault" when it's 100% the company's fault. They chose who to deliver the box. They did not rectify the situation and therefor are missing out on my business. I will also be telling everyone that I know how poor the customer service was and that I would not recommend them. You cannot stay open as a business and treat people with this kind of neglect. -5/10 stars; AVOID
These guys just charge your card without reminder or notification, and when you want to cancel the plan they change the date of the order (make it sooner) so that you can no longer make changes or cancel the order.
10 minutes ago, before I canceled the plan, I saw the inscription "You have 3 days to make changes to the order." Immediately after unsubscribing, I see "You cannot make changes to this order". That is, you cannot cancel an order that has not yet been sent and is not even ready. This is one of the worst services I have come across.
It just looks like spam to sell the first order at a discount, and then charge the full price without the buyer noticing, and even if he decides to cancel the order, he will not be able to do this. I do not recommend this service, it is absolutely not worth it.
Terrible customer service I tried to cancel my order a week before delivery and it still charged my card. They wouldn't even offer a refund. Terrible customer service I do not recommend at all. Customer service is the backbone of every business, and this one failed miserably. Don't waste your money here. They will screw you over just so they can put money in their own pockets.
