STOP! Beware of fameEX. This crypto exchange is run by liars and scammers. With lies like "there is a software error" they block your account and your deposits and coins. Withdrawal is then no longer possible. If you want to keep your assets, do not deposit anything on FameEx, do not trade there, or transfer any coins of any kind there. As long as you still have access to your account, transfer your coins to another wallet (cold wallet).
And if you don't have access anymore maybe try using a recovery company like Nexaright it makes all the difference in the world and file for a reclaim
Otherwise you run the risk of losing everything.
FameEX is a scammer exchange.
