This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
Really love shopping with Farfetch! The rapid delivery and good price bring me a wonderful shopping experience. I will be more than happy to see if Farfetch can offer customers free shipping in the future.
This is my second time purchase from Farfetch without any complain and feeling satisfied with they service and fast delivery. Love the compliment card post together with the bracelet i order. Last time using my own country credit card encounter some transaction issue, now using paypal will be hassle free. Suggest use paypal to do transaction if you are not from EU or US.
Im absolutely satisfied ordering via Farfetch. They provide excellent range of best brands, great range of good quality products and perfect Customer Service support. Also they are perfect in packaging, fast shipping, easy returns and refunds in short period of time. Alsom I highly appreciate that when some article Im interested in come back on stock again, in size that fits me - they send the note to be able to make an order.

I used this site a few times in 2015, but when I finally decided it check it out again, they said my account didn't exist. Went back and forth with customer service for weeks and they told me they changed my email address to someone else's email. No email asking to confirm the change or anything... I had $300 credit on the account and now stolen. Don't bother with this site, there are better businesses that will actually care about customers' account security.

I have ordered a pair of $400 sandals for a trip and the elastic band inside the straps became broken while sitting in the box with no evidence of external cut or damage. Farfetch refused to admit this is a defective product because the brand/boutique refused to give a refund. As a retailer and online platform, they do not bear any responsibilities at all for the products they sell and are completely ridiculous when it comes to refund/customer services for defective products. I will NEVER ever buy from them again.
Terrible customer service - no returns, exchange or vouchers offered after 14 days from purchase. Have bought from here a few times but in future will always go to Selfridges, Harrods or Flannels who have much better customer service and the usual 30 day return policy.
Update: I had to contact them after they posted publicly to make it seem like they were going to do the right thing. Unfortunately, they didn't. I should have been given a discount for the damaged sandals (suede strap was badly scuffed) that I received or a credit to my account. They just said their vendor did not check the merchandise before shipping it out. Seriously? So the customer is the one left with the bad deal. Won't be shopping with Farfetch again. I get that these things happen but to not make it right and be accountable is unacceptable.

Firstly, it was a signature required package that was left w/o a signature. Luckily one of my neighbors took it and gave it to me today. I thought it was lost initially. Most importantly, one of the stairs is scuffed and damaged. If it was a damaged item - it should have been noted in the description. Im not happy.
Horrible service.
I bought a pair of sunglasses and when they are importing, some information needed from the seller.
Contact farfetch more than 5 times for those information, they reassured me that they will deal with this. After almost two weeks, they still did not get those information and my package did not pass custom and got sent back to Italy.
If you do not want have the same trouble, just stay away from Farfetch

Very disappointing online store, I have purchased Italian coat which was priced 760, plus shipping another 70$, and when it arrived they charged me additional 300$! There's no contact phone to reach them. Avoid this store! I have 3-years everyday online shopping experience and that was one of the worst! It is the same scam store as Raffaello-Network, AVOID THEM! If you want to find original European stuff to buy, go to Gilt.com. You will never be disappointed, they have better prices and super service! And you'll never be charged additional amount of money for no reason! I would wish to give 0 stars!

A terrible experience. I wish i had seen the many negative reviews before i spent $350 on a pair of shoes. The shoes do not fit, as the actual makers have said they run a half size smaller than regular. So i have spent 5 days emailing farfetch customer service only to get absolutely no response whatsoever. I see now why they don't even have a phone number to reach them on their website. Obviously that is a dead give away for very bad customer service dept..

I had a ordered cancelled as some of you did, when I wanna buy it again, the price had gone up. Frustrated I wrote an email to complain, within few hours they replied and give me a phone no. I called, the customer service lady Melina was very helpful, she advised me to place the order again, and she will honour my first order's price and refunded me the difference. Now I'm just had my new order and refund on the way, I hope everything will be ok as promised. So, if your order got cancelled, contact them! You might get a chance to buy it back at the same price!

My 15year old son saved for months for a £200 palm angels t-shirt. 2 washes and the transfer is coming off all over it. Complained, sent pictures which clearly show its faulty, the black nose of the bear as well as other parts of the transfer were speckled all through the t-shirt when it came out of the wash! They offered me £20 as they say they can't know how it was washed! I'm not an idiot I know how to read! Trying to Squirm out of providing a refund for an obviously overpriced poor quality t-shirt. Dreadful customer service! Total rip off!

I ordered an expensive dress (in the US). I was a little nervous having never used Farfetch before. They were as sweet as could be on the phone. Dress came in 2 days, perfect condition, from the manufacturer. I did not end up keeping it but the return was very fast and my money was credited in 2 days. So much better than any of the department stores I've dealt with, it was a real pleasure. I would use them again anytime. Really great.

If your stuff gets delivered everything is fine (except it's more expensive compared to the actual retailer)
However, if your package gets lost or misplaced, prepare cause you'll get nothing. Worst customer service ever, More like fraud. Read the other reviews, apparently a lot goes wrong and when it goes wrong... they don't make it right
The LA store allowed someone to charge over $2000. 00 on my husbands charge card and we do not even live in CA! How can a sale person not question over 10 purchases in the store by the same person in less than one weeks time. What happen to checking ID completely awful. I would always question someone who seems to buy over $2000. 00 worth of clothing in a week, no body does that unless it was someone that works there. Shame on Farfetch! Do not spend you money at a place that will allow people to get ripped off.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Farfetch. The sizes were womens and the product was not labeled as such. Accordingly, I received a 10.5 when I wanted a mens size 12. I have messaged them twice without so much as a peep or reply. Not a bugger off or a we can help you...absolutely nothing. It boggles my mind how this happens when there are so many options for shopping that a company would be radio silent on a customer request. I should also note that the item was fulfilled by Stadium Goods and there was no billing invoice or order information inside the package - another FAIL. I reached out to Stadium Goods and at least they replied very promptly but were unable to assist. Another FAIL for Farfetch. As Southwest Airlines says, we know you have many options to fly. I will be taking my options to shop elsewhere.

I was a great customer. My last order was missing one item. They sent me an e-mail questioning if I had received it. The items are well tracked however I was made to feel like a lying thief. The investigation took forever and I e-mailed them many times and just got rude responses. What the heck? It took me staying on top of it in order to get my money back! Very bad situation and terrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from them again. There are so many other luxury companies that appreciate my business so why would I give them my money ever again?
I wish I could give 0 star. I bought a Prada scarf as my sister's wedding present. But Farfetch sent me an empty box. I contacted their customer service, and the whole investigation took more than a month, and ended up with doing nothing to my lost. I was a big fan of Farfetch, but now I am so disappointed with it. There are many other choices of European e-commerce, and I will never buy at Farfetch again in my life.
First time ordered from Farfetch. I was hesitated after reading some negative reviews but I took the chance since the price was cheaper than other stores. Got my item in 4 days. The charge was correct as it stated on the website. The amount on the invoice was different though, about $100 less, so I'm guessing I'm paying for import duty? Good experience so far, will order again
I had a great experience shopping on this site. It is NOT a scam, although I understand that is seems many other customers had issues with their orders. Farfetch acts as a middle man between the customer and other boutiques around the world, so that is why the product quality and service may vary considerably. Over the years I have ordered at least 30 clothes and shoes from Farfetch. Not a single bad experience! Okay, one Rick Owens jacket was out of stock but they gave me a discount on the next purchase. Delivery is fast, so is refunding. All articles are genuine and in a perfect shape. This is my experience, so I am upset by the bad reviews.

I ordered a pair of boots and since never shopping from the brand before I was unsure which size to get. Farfetch had a suggested size feature that Im so glad I followed and when my boots arrived they were perfect! Farfetch also has many unique and rare pieces you cant find anywhere else which is why I often find myself scrolling through their site.
Ordered a pair of marc jacobs sneakers for a birthday present for girlfriend and after 10 days they still haven't dispatched them. Unreliable in the extreme and i'm starting to think it's a scam site. Do not shop here!
