This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses in October 2022, and I still havent received the product purchased. Delivered to me was an empty off-white sunglasses package, and thats it. After a 3 month long process I was told "the weight of the package delivered was the same weight as when it left the warehouse". No $#*!? The sunglasses were taken out of the packaging before they were shipped were they not? Dont deal with this marketplace, quite unprofessional and demeaning in the complaints process.

I haven't still my refund since May and I have emailed and have called the Farfetch customer service. They keep on informing that they are awaiting their partners, they should be taking care of the customer first then they can deal with the partners after. All I want is my refund, not any thing extra when I have sent the correct brand new item with all the tags intact. So distressing, they have taken my £693 and product and not returning my refund. Hopefully someone can help me getting this back
They keep on replying about the boutique not accepting and making lies up about the tags when I have sent pictures of the jacket with all the tags in tact. I can't believe how difficult they making this so difficult about a refund.
It's not like I'm asking for anything complex, I sent the item back brand new with tags and just want my refund.
I read a lots of bad reviews, thus I have to say that I was a lucky customer since my order went well. I ordered a pair of UGG boots. They were among the few how had this particular model and were willing to ship it to my country (others have shipment restrictions on this model). The UGGs arrived within a few days, are looking great, good size. I am quite satisfied with this purchase.
Farfetch sends us almost daily intrusive newsletters, although we never ordered them in the beginning. Even when we later explicitly objected to receiving unsolicited advertisements, farfetch continues to send us spam. This company has the worst customer service and no respect for its customers. We will never order again from this dubious company.
Avoid at all costs. Farfetch insists on an open-box policy when returning goods to them, which their courier checks before accepting the parcel. In full compliance with their returns policy, I left the parcel open for the courier to check, he accepted it, and left with it. I was contacted after returning an item to be told that it was missing from the parcel. Farfetch have now refused to offer me a refund, and I'm now having to resolve the issue through Trading Standards.
This is a massive oversight in their corporate processes, and it is complete insanity to think they can routinely treat consumers like this.
My account was hacked and my point has not been replied if it can be transferred to my new account. The order being ordered by hacker is still processing and as replied by the support team, they would try to stop the shipment, whether it can be stopped depend on the situation. I am so much worried if they can change the delivery address such that I cannot returned and caused me lost.
Till now, I still cannot login my account and forget password does not work.
I am a victim of this order, but it seems I am the only one suffered from loss both money and point in vip programme and still have not been recovered yet

Farfetch often gives amazing promotions, like free shipping, - extra discounts on already discounted items. However, it is very disappointing that prices from items goes up when these kind of promotions are offered. For example, I was watching a pair of sneakers from Dolce and Gabbana they were on sale 175€ it was excellent opportunity to buy but I decided to wait for a promo code, when they offer 30% off on sale items these sneakers were 207 €.
It is very unfair that Farfetch let this happen.

The sizes conversion table provided by the site is wrong, resulting in having to return the article which I had ordered with premium price express delivery for a birthday. I am afraid not a good experience. Here's the picture of the table and the real sizes on the box. Size 11 US is a 45 not a 44 as indicated on the table provided at purchase time.

I order regularly at Farfetch, I just received my order that I placed on wednesday evening. Just in one day and a half it has been shipped from Spain to my work in Belgium. Unbelievable! Shipping costs are rather high (I paid 20 euro), but when I think how easy it is to return it and get my money back, to me the 20 euros are worth it. DHL keeps me in touch by email and by sms (good information from the moment order was placed tot the moment of delivery). Sometimes when the item doesn't please me I sent it back immediately, but it was never a problem to get my money back as far. So I am a happy customer and I keep buying things at Farfetch. I don't understand the negative comments... Maybe it depends also on the item you buy and on the shop that it comes from. Farfetch is only an intermediary in the whole process, so they also depend on the goodwill of the shops that are connected.

Ordered was stuck as "under review" for more than a week contacted customer service and received a canned response detailing 48 hour wait for shipping despite more time having passed. Had to call customer service to issue a refund, customer service representative was apparently unable to tell me if the item was actually in stock nor could he simply contact the store.
Huge waste of time and needless to say I will not shop with Farfetch again. Mr Porter, LN-CC, Net-a-Porter and purchasing directly from the brand in question itself (Rick Owens) all offer a far superior experience to Farfetch. Avoid at all costs!

I made three orders two weeks ago. The customer service called me they cannot verify my bank information and they want to cancel my order, but I called another phone number, that person said your order is good to go made me confuse. And furthermore, the other package shipped to me and almost arrived to my destination, they called the order back without any explanation. I called customer service many times, they cancelled two of three orders. And I believe last Friday they said my order will be return next Monday and get refund Tuesday. Nothing happened right now..

Farfetch cancelled my order saying I requested it. When I called customer service they said it was cancelled because they don't deliver to my address even though I made several previous orders to the same address. Also they could not give a valid reason for not contacting me prior to making the cancellation without my authorization.

We ordered quite a bunch at prices, which were announced as sales. Then we received a mail that our order was cancelled for - very unconvincing - reasons. In the meantime - one night - prices increased substantially. We still did not receive a refund. A mail went unanswered.
Just took our money, could not deliver, and do not return money. Avoid.

The experience of online purchase was great, and my package came quickly. Unfortunately the shoes I had bought are half a size too big and Farfetch not only doesn't have an exchange policy, but their policy doesn't respect the price I had taken advantage of during their Black Friday discount period. A less-than-pleasant customer service policy that has left me with a less than pleasant memory of my first experience with Farfetch.
I purchased a pair of leather shoes on this website. Did not realise they were not even a seller but just a platform. The shoes sent to me were a cheaper, plastic model. Tried to find a resolution but all I got were template like emails. Very bad experience! Stay away

Ordered a pair of shoes that supposedly were coming from Italy. The ordered never arrived supposedly cause it got damaged and two months later, I'm still trying to get a refund. Tried to dispute the charge through my bank and they lied to the bank saying that they had delivered the ordered when they even sent me emails that the order was NOT going to get delivered. Anyways, frustrating, still waiting for the refund and I do NOT recommend ordering anything from them.

They emailed me and said they had proof that I did receive a dust bag... so basically called me a liar! I will NEVER order from this company! Be careful!
I rarely write reviews but I hope someone sees this. I purchased a very expensive item which came and was too small to even try on. I returned it, they said the original seller said it was damaged which is not possible on my end because it never came out of the packaging it came in. They said they can't refund me and are waiting for the seller to ship them the item so they can send it to me because I have to keep it. I shipped it back in December and now it is almost August and have sent 5-6 emails, no response, haven't received the item, haven't received a refund. At this point they just stole the money. I have never had anyone steal blatantly like this and the item was over $500 so I'm going to pursue legal action against them.
I cannot say I recommend this site. I placed my first order 10 days ago but I now need to return it (wrong shoe size).
I booked a return and even received a confirmation but the carrier never came to pick up the package. It's been a week that I am waiting for an answer to my emails and nothing is happening. This is really starting to be annoying, as the site gives only 2 weeks to return for a refund and I have lost a week waiting for their reply on how to proceed with the return. High end website with a very low quality of customer support, if existing at all.

I ordered from the FF website for the first time in December, but was told, after paying, that the shoes were unavailable in the size I ordered because the exact pair was simultaneously on display in a shop and must have been sold. I have never had this problem before in many years of online shopping. I returned the boots and received a refund, except for the shipping. The second purchase, pants, recently arrived in the wrong color and the customer service contact admitted that the color shown on the website was not what was shipped. I've been waiting for close to a week now to see if the pants I actually ordered are actually available and my patience is wearing thin. I don't want to report FF to a consumer protection bureau but will do so if the latest issue isn't resolved soon.
