This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I bought a pair of Fendi shoes for my wife and i paid $1300, they send me an invoice for $925. When the shoes came it was wrong size and i wanted to return and i told them that i want my money back, they refund me only $925.
So, I thought Farfetch was a big reliable website? This was my first thought, but this is incorrect Please do not by any products here. Once again do not by any products here. As you guys all know, you receive 10 percent off as a first customer of farfetch. However, the promo code that I received was defective. So, I contacted the customer service and they emailed me back with a response of which brand is included for discount and which are not. The brand that I was trying to buy is Tom Brown. According to the email, it is included with in the brands that you can get discounts. Then, I contacted customer service and I talked to manager named Steve. He was extreamly rude and did not provide me with clear answer. All he was staying was "I am sorry" or "I understand how this email can be misleading". Come on guys... I hope this review helps. Once again don't buy any products here.
I checked the status of my order, and it showed on their site as delivered. There was no tracking number provided. I wrote to farfetch to report that I had not received my purchase. They promptly responded, saying the would open an investigation. A few days later I received an email saying they had spoken with the courier, and that my item was delivered, well received, and that I had confirmed. This is not true. I have not spoken with a courier, and I have not received my purchase. I wrote them back, explaining this. A few days later, I received an email from Farfetch, saying the investigation was completed and a refund could not be made, and the case was closed. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Tried to place an order using PayPal; didn't go through. So I tried again using my VISA; received a message stating that there was a problem and that I should try again or use another card. Used another card, but received the same message again. Called my bank-Wells Fargo; Wells Fargo OK'd the transaction, but farfetch.com sent me an email stating that they couldn't 'confirm some payment details,' whatever that means. Called my bank AGAIN. Wells Fargo said that farfetch.com was paid - and this is a large amount of money, BTW. Received an email from farfetch.com stating that they are refunding my VISA within the next few days. What is going on with these people? My bank cautioned me against ever doing a wire transfer which is what farfetch.com suggested I do, even when my VISA already paid them.
I did not receive the product I ordered as pictured on their site. I wanted a xs different styled balenciaga tote but did not receive what I ordered. I received an XXS tote (not the size or style I ordered) The actual product on the balenciaga site is 1150 but I paid 1350 on Farfetch? Bad business. Never shopping again. Scammed me out of 200!

I never received an order that I placed on Farfetch. And now neither Farfetch nor DHL is ready to refund my money for the lost delivery. Apparently they have it in "fine print" terms and conditions somewhere that if I waive the option to provide a signature while receiving the package, none of these companies are liable for the loss. How am I supposed to read through such long terms and conditions? All I literally got was a small text message asking if my signature is needed to deliver the package. How am I supposed to understand this game they're playing? Aweful! Never ordering on Farfetch or trusting DHL again!
Worst part: Now Farfetch is not even ready to file an insurance claim to DHL on behalf of my package because they already "KNOW" that DHL won't cover the claim. What the heck?
Also by the way just like the other people here mentioned, one of the other items in my order was also cancelled by Farfetch because it went out of stock after I PAID for it. This is extremely shady!
I placed an order for shoes at Farfetch from Biondini Paris such a bad experience; the 3rd like this in fact I received damaged box and dirty sole shoes; I sent them pictures to demonstrate this and they claim they never received them avoiding to refund the money after so long. Stay away of them you better order from my Theresa or matches; much better services. Or net a porter but lately their services are bad enough in refunding both Farfetch and net a porter they try to keep the money longer to take advantage of it. Good luck in shipping somewhere else!

I was led along a garden path being told my order was going to come and it never did. I placed an expensive order with Farfetch as a Christmas Present for my partner. I payed for Express Delivery so that it would definitely come, Christmas came and there was no product/delivery.
I spent so much time chasing the order with generic responses, blaming most of it on their 'partners'. A platform that is purely partner based, it seems like a brilliant way of shifting blame for how inefficient and deficient in customer service that Farfetch is a sole entity.
The product never came, my partner never received their Christmas gift and I as a customer wasn't incentivised with any form of voucher or compensation for this awful process.
Purchased from here and never received package. Notified them and they opened an investigation with Fed Ex. Fed Ex confirmed to them that they delivered to the wrong address. Farfetch closed my claim and refused to replace the item unless I could get proof from FedEx. Fed Ex had already sent the resolution directly to them and resent it again as a courtesy to me. This was Farfetch's investigation. They KNEW FedEx could not legally send anything to me as the receiver but still said I had to get proof. I had to get my bank involved to finally get my money back. I disputed with Farfetch for over a month. My bank resolved it in 48 hours after speaking to FedEx. Buyer beware. Very very shady business practices. You can't get past the customer service team and they will stonewall you. Buyer beware.
I made an order buying three items, however the package that arrived only contained one which I returned because it didnt fit. I wrote to Customer Service expalining that the other two items I paid for never arrived and asked that they either refund me or send me the items. After conducting an "investigation" they declared the case closed denying to refund me or send me the items.
I suggest staying away there are other shopping sites far more reliable.

I ordered a cross body designer handbag. It's a knockoff! Trying to return it but they never gave me a receipt or a "reference number" to return it. There is no online return address. They keep telling me my correspondence is from the wrong email address. The take on this is: if you buy it from them IT's YOURS LIKE IT OR NOT you will not be able to return or exchange it. I've gotten the run around for weeks. THE "Customer Service" are pros at not answering your questions or helping.
I can't give a proof of purchase because I was t given a receipt. Ugh!

Hi. I made a purchase based on the pictures of the purse on the website. I put an order through and got the order confirmation email with the picture of the item I wanted. However, when the item was shipped and I got the shipping notification, they had shipped out a different item and the picture of the shipping email did not match what I had in my order confirmation email. I contacted customer service right away hoping they can recall the package, they said they would try and will give me an update after they talk to the delivery company (DHL). I did not hear back and had to email customer service, where then they told me they are still trying to cancel the shipment and will give me an update, 4 days have past and no response still. I got the package today and it's the wrong item. It's just such a hassle as it was supposed to be a gift, and they've offered no updates nor anything throughout the process.

Ordered a pair of shoes, which took a month nearly a month to arrive tried to contact customer support due to a change of address. Did not get any response. Received the package, but they were the wrong items, now having to return but they didn't include a label... way too much hassle.
I attempted to return an item. The website was taking me in circles and then closed the order. I was not able to print the return slip. I called the customer service line and they said it would take 24 to generate it. I asked to speak to a manager and they kept me on hold for and extended time and said one was not available.

I accidentally put my old address for the shipment. I realized my mistake right after I placed my order. Although I immediatey contacted Farfetch to correct my mistake, but there was no way to change this order. The item had to be shipped to the wrong address and returned to the boutique store. I at least got the full refund, but it is a complete non-sense that such a minor mistake cannot be corrected due to its ridiculously inefficient operating system.

Stay away from this company otherwise you will waste your money, Their stuff is tremendously expensive and their return policy is only 2 weeks. They are not customer friendly and do not agree to any exceptions. Most likely you will not get your money back. Do not waste your time and money.

I've purchased 2 Marc Jacobs bags. I've received 1 of them. After their investigation which took 15 days, they told me they won't refund me. I've provided them with videos from surveillance cameras, where it's clearly seen that i've received a box with 1 bag, but still they won't refund me.My box wasn't damaged. Also on their official application of "my orders" it says: shipment 1 of 2", but still they are telling me they won't do anything about it.
I don't have a Marc Jacobs bag, price 168$ nor my refund.

I would not recommend buying from Farfetch if there's a chance you'll want to return the item. I ordered a $300 dress and it did not fit so I returned it the next day by mail. The dress got lost in the mail service and Farfetch did not take responsibility for that. They did not refund the money.

I made a large purchase. I included a note in my delivery notice to only deliver to the package to the package lockers or leave at the DHL warehouse, and I would personally pick it up there. Dhl "delivered" it to my building door which is on top of a mall. Dhl took responsibility for the lost package, but Farfetch refused to investigate and file a claim with Dhl so that I could be compensated for the loss. Farfetch refused to investigate and file a claim with dhl for the lost package. Now I'm filing a lawsuit for over $1800. 00 loss.

Not something I would expect from the luxury brand. After contacting the customer service and exchanging 37 messages with them over 2 months and a half, they finally told me that the brand accepted a return.
I asked for a refund since day one as the item was faulty. Farfetch customer service just ignores my request and sent back the item "repaired". I'm still asking for a refund. They are the worst app/website to buy from. Do not buy from them unless you have some money and time to waste!
