This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
My order came really fast and as described. This is my second order of the same bag in different colour from Farfetch. The colourful handle of this bag is what enticed me. Small but roomy since it has depth. Totally love it even though it has a tiny scratch at the bottom.
I ordered a Palm angels tracksuit and it said the purchase had been done and that they only had too confirm, two days later I get an email saying it has cancelled. I talk to my bank and order the pants again, and after two days the same story. This is pathetic.
I ordered two items from 2 different stores late on a Friday evening and they were with me by Tuesday morning which I thought was amazing considering it was the weekend. I decided to return one of the items, and within a few days it was refunded to me, really straight forward!
Was my first purchase in Farfetch. Had a really good experience, update and delivery was fast and clear. Item delivered within a week, item in superb condition, true to size.

To date I have not been disappointed with Farfetch. Their deliveries are timely, items arrive in perfect condition and prices are often times better than their competitors! Farfetch are Definitely on top of their game.
I've been trying to return items, however, on the return address page it states that the address is invalid even though the address is exactly the same as the shipping address. I've tried calling customer services many times but there is no answer.
The only way to return an item is by booking a courier via their website. So I did this and booked a day and time slot. But the courier never turned up and I've had no communication from the courier nor from Farfetch despite sending them multiple emails and messages via the online form on their website. They say you should return the item within a week to ensure they get it within the 2 week time frame they require for refunds. But how can you do this when you can't get the item collected? I've started a Paypal dispute as fortunately this is how I paid, so fingers crossed this is how I will get my refund

Order a last pair of Versace pumps and Farfetch delivered them in two days to Seychelles instead of South Carolina. I had to wait over a month for a refund and wanted to still get the shoes or at least promo code for my troubles. Well, I received multiple apology emails with neither the shoes nor a usable promo code. Very disappointing and will NEVER recommend anyone to shop there either.
Purchased several times from Farfetch, last three times money has been deducted from my account twice - which with luxury means a significant amount is taken from your bank account for around a week (left my bank account over drawn). Farfetch was contacted and admitted that is a frequent experience when using PayPal and didnt take any responsibility for this issue. As someone who uses PayPal for the security, I now avoid Farfetch until they have some form of resolution.

Late delivery, even more annoying with the return, DHL pick up was ok but for the refund, you gotta chase and chase. I usually shop at netaporter and they really made things so easy and efficient, i thought the competitors would at least learn to do the same but farfetch wasted so much time and its stressful to keep emailing to chase for delivery and refund. I have noticed this online store in the internet when I tried to find some nice places where to buy clothes. When I found out that this online store sells branded clothes I understoo d that I definitely wanted something from their stuff. I explored the whole assortment for a couple of hours until I finally found something that I wanted. I ordered some t-s and some shirts, as well as jeans. They were delivered quite fast and this fact delighted me a lot. I thought I would wait for them forever, nevertheless everything was okay. I would certainly apply here once in case I would need clothes or shoes.
Purchased a clutch that I couldnt find anywhere in the UK and so Farfetch had it shipped from Italy. It arrived in a week, was packaged well and the bag is in perfect condition. Very happy and will be shopping with Farfetch again soon!
Order was dispatched within 24hours and arrived in Australia from Italy within 3 days of the order being made. Shoes were nicely packaged. Very happy with the overall experience and absolutely love my new sneakers.
I just downloaded the app and attempted to place order but halted after seeing all the negative reviews and the overall rating. No doubt the management should look into the problems and come out with alternative solutions (IMO)
I ordered a pair of sneakers from farfetch via paypal on a sunday. Monday i got a mail from them saying that i will receive my delivery the next day. The package was in perfect conditions, no complains.

I successfully ordered in the past, but the past few days, their web site is not functioning properly. I click on a size of an in stock item, the site shows that I have chosen the size, and then when I "Add it to my bag" the item is not placed in my bag, which remains empty. I clicked on the "chat on line option" for help, but the answer back is that no representatives are on line right now, and I've got that answer regardless of time of day. Called the "new phone #" given on the site, no answer, then today after holding a long time a recording takes my name, #, etc for someone to call me back. Is Farfetched having financial trouble?

This is a review for Farfetch customer service, not the products themselves. The customer service was truly terrible. I called three times to initiate a return. Each time they gave me different information about the paperwork needed to return an item-each different from each other and also different again from the info on the return email they sent. What was worse is all three sources of info were incorrect and the DHL driver had to guide me as to what was actually needed. They were unapologetic and unaccountable for their incorrect information which risked me getting the item returned in their 14 day window and risked me getting a refund for the returned item. Although the items are beautiful I will not be ordering from Farfetch again.
Just following up on my 4 unique orders from Farfetch. I had clear communication from pick up, through to when the boutique received my returned jacket. Within a week my full refund had been credited!

I love love farfetch shipping. My first time purchasing through farfetch. I received my bag with the official off-white box and the duster bag. The bag case under a week I want to say about 3-4 days it showed up. Please don't ever change the shipping method farfetch. Will continue to purchase from farfetch.
They are keeping the original boxes of the items. The items then, are sent in a simple box with farfetch logo on it. They also send items in envelopes :)) ). Someone is keeping the original boxes to resale them empty on the internet. I'm 100% sure of this!

I ordered 2 valentino belts from farfetch for $315 and $450 each. The belt for $315 was on sale in its size, and I decided to purchase it knowing I can get the size fixed to my waist in the store. However, I didn't get a chance to fix it for a few weeks.Took it out today realized the belt has scratches, and the plating on the belt has come off? Definitely is not the real product and I am beyond shocked that farfetch has no control over the crap they sell. Utterly disappointed and disheartened, have no words.

I bought a product that did not fit me in size. I made a return of the goods, the return procedure is very simple and convenient, in the next few days I immediately received a refund. Everything is very convenient.
I ordered a pair of boots from farfetch.com last Friday. I received them the following Thursday, that's less than a week and they were shipped from Italy. The price was $127.00 less than amazon. They were well packed. I couldn't ask for any better service. I have no idea what these bad reviews are about.

Absolute joke of a service, didnt get my order or a refund. $#*!ing pissed please save your money. No apology, no nothing. Customer service said the same bull$#*! over and over again. No help whats so ever. Place needs to be shut down. I will never ever shop here again and on all my social media accounts i will be telling people the same thing

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding in two weeks time. They have taken the money from my account and are now saying they need a copy of my passport or other ID before they can process the order. I reminded them I'm buying a pair of shoes not asking them for credit! As I'm in the process of moving house and my things have already gone with the removers, I have no scanner or fax machine so can't supply them with a copy of anything. So they have cancelled the order and say the money will take two days to return to my account. And I have no wedding shoes. Appalling and possibly dodgy company.
