I ordered my wife some items for Xmas and she loves them... they fit perfectly she didn't have 1 complaint which surprised me because she is super picky. My package was a little delayed but customer service was super helpful in explaining the delay due to the holidays... we most definitely will be ordering again from here...

Everything that everyone has gone through is TRUE. I paid for Priority Shipping and it's going on 7 days now. Everytime you call it says Agent is unavailable to answer your call. Sent an email and they have a automatic response email responding back. I will never order from them again.

Let me just start off by saying, as a customer service representative for a company, this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had... ever.
It prompted me to write this review.

Ordered over 100$ worth of merchandise... which qualified me for the free 2 day shipping. That's obviously a blatant lie. As it has been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received tracking information on my order.

Highly disappointed with the fact that they only send an automated message back to your questions or concerns. And extremely frustrating to spend money no matter the amount and not have your items when expected.

Hopefully, the clothes come in and are of decent quality but I still would never choose to order from this site again.

2017 was a good year ordering here as I have ordered a total of 20 items already and all of them are still in my wardrobe, waiting to be touched by me. I gotta say that fashion nova deserves an award because of its well-done job.

I only received 1 out of 3 things in my order. The shipping confirmation shows it was all shipped together & still charged me for two jeans i never received. I have called and emailed them many many time's but no answer. Every order you place with them is a risk taken. They only care to take your money.

I highly recommend for anyone that love fashion! Although there are some items on this site that isn't like what it's told, I've never encountered those so please make sure you read reviews and check sizes! Other than that, so cute and will always come back!

Online shopping is easier for me with living in a small town, being a mom of 4 and running an in-home daycare. And if things don't fit it's easy to get them returned in the 14 days they give you. The items are always great quality!
