Absolutely terrible, firstly if you are ordering from the Uk do not bother! I paid my shipping fees of £15 and delivery was supposed to arrive in two working and hasn't! And secondly I'm getting invoiced from DHL express delivery service demanding £36 pounds in which I had no knowledge of upon check out! Honestly not worth it. And return will cost you also you are only refunded a credit note oppose to your money back. So stressful and misleading!

Fashion nova has always been the best choice for me. The dresses her are awestruck and straight elegant, perfect for the pageants im joining in. They also reveal my over all sexiness which is a big plus!

Fashion Nova makes sure they got your order right. I have never needed to return an item because it was the wrong size or color. I have no complaints. They can be quite meticulous with customers' orders.

I emailed FN about an item I didn't receive. Instead of a response they just refunded me my money with no explanation. On another occasion same issue, I pretty much got an email stating not to keep emailing them that my stuff was coming. Mind you, I only emailed once. Now that they have gotten really popular they don't value their customers. Very rude!

Although there are so many bad reviews my experience was actually a great one, I had zero issues with my order. I ordered 4 different items on 5/29/2017 and all of them arrived today on 6/3/2017. Not sure why everyone else is having issues but I loved everything!

I ordered from them almost a week ago and paid for two day shipping it is now 5 days later and my order status still remains at ordered. No one answer the phone, they send automated responses to all emails. They're no way to get in contact with an actual representative. It's terrible, they even had the audacity to send an email saying they messed up and gave 30% off your next purchase coupon. If I can't get this one order why would I ever give this company a second chance.

The worst online experience I ever encountered. They do not inspect their items before shipping it to customers. I purchased a purple dress and the item was defected, the zipper could not zip up. Store credit is only issued after going through hoops.

I do online shopping as a weekly detox from such a stressful working environment and FN has always been my go to shop. Everything here just suits my style and preference. The new additions looked pretty, btw.

Summer is never officially over, you can still wear swimsuits in September. I just bought mine last Monday and we're heading to the beach on the weekend. Fashion Nova's got plenty of well designed swimsuits on their website. You should check them out.

Honestly I was hesitant buying from here because the prices seemed to good to be true. However, they emailed me about blouse sizes and sleeve lengths and we ultimately got everything done within a week, and my order arrived within like 2-3 weeks.

Definitely my first and last time ever ordering from this company. I purchased an item and was told it would come in within 3-5 business days. After waiting three weeks I contacted customer service via phone call and email with no answer to either. Nearly two months later still no package and several phone calls and emails later, still no answer. Absolutely terrible experience. Several others have had the same. DO NOT ORDER.
