I've been a customer for years but I recently had my first return and they kept 50% of my refund because some of the items were in the wrong plastic bags. What? No where on the return information does it state to be careful of which bag you use or they will keep your money... stupid. They kept about $60.00 which is extreme and they ignored me when I politely asked them to reconsider. Now here we are.

I am not a fashion nova user since just recently. Just last week, when looking for a fashionable jacket or coat i decided to try out their store because i have been seeing some positive reviews. Upon checkout, I delicately inspected my item on site and was expecting a lot from them and fast forward to my item got delivered... i can say that their products are way beyond other online shops out there. Their shipping promises 2 days and it's completely free! Really looking forward for another order.

I ordered 179 dollars worth of items back in june from fashion nova because I liked the quality of their clothing. I only received half my order and when I tried to reach out via phone and email I got no response. I was either completely ignored or sent an automatic response to my email telling me they had to fix some things on their site. In the email I was told to wait another 4 business days for my other items to ship and they never did. I can not get a hold of anyone from this company directly. As a once loyal customer I am very disappointed. These people are scam artists please don't waste your time and money.
