You can't go wrong with Fashion Nova. They provide a beautiful size chart and shipping policy. They definitely know what their doing and can be trusted for those of you who are international customers. So save up some cash and start buying! They're worth your money.

The worst costumer service ever! Not only they didn't deliver my order but also refused to refund me for it. Contacted them multiple times and only answer I got is that they will give me a gift card for their stupid mistakes! Never by from them!

I've purchased a pair of jeans from these people over a month ago and have yet to receive my store credit, they don't have a working number that you can call, you can't even email them because their email is an automated message so you're talking to a robot. I pretty much lost $44! Do NOT buy from this website. It's a scam, there's no way possible of you guys getting in touch with them via phone or via email. You're better off on another website or even just going to the mall. I will NEVER purchase from these people again. The WORST. I hope their website shuts down, ripping people off from their hard working money. It's a shame.

I placed an order on Monday morning and was not sent a tracking number until Saturday night. To top it off, I did not receive my items until the following Friday! So much for two day shipping! In addition to this, the pair of knee high boots I ordered was apparently "out of stock". I went back to check and on online, it shows that all of their sizes are still available! Besides refunding my money back onto my card, they sent me some in-store credit instead. Who would want to place another order after all of this chaos?!

My daughters winter formal is this Sunday. We paid and only received an order number, no tracking number. Her escort has ordered his tux to match. They guaranteed a 2-day shipment. The site still says that the order has not been fulfilled and it has now been (5) FIVE! Days.
She is so crushed! Now I will have to spend more money and and hope that we find something close to the colors... I am done! Don't Order online from this store. BTW I am sure that USPS would not want to represent a company like this if they knew the disappointment of the customers. Five Thumbs Down to Fashion Nova! No stars from us. Jocelyn L. I submitted for a return amd chose drop-off at USPS as opposed to printing out my own shipping label. I immediately tried to switch and pay the $7.99 shipping label so I could easily drop it off. However, customer service contacted me and said they could not change what I had already selected. I took it to USPS and it was $19 to return! Absolutely absurd on fashion nova‘s end. It's almost 2022 and they claim they can't adjust how a consumer can make a return. Also keeping in mind it's not a full refund, rather store credit. I will not be messing with ordering fashion nova again. The clothes are not worth the hassle.

I usually get my packages 2-3 days later after I purchased my item, but this time is taking longer than usual. I ordered my package Monday, and they just labeled it at the warehouse yesterday to be sent out to USPS. However, today is August 11,2017 and my package is still In the same spot that it was in Thursday. I am so disappointed with this company as of right no. I'm questioning even buying anything from fashion nova again.

I really don't write reviews so far i have about 10 outfits from fashion nova and I love each and every one. The quality is great and the prices are reasonable every time you buy something the packages comes with a 30 % off coupon. I have to worn you tho fashion nova has no such customer service you will never get a real person on the phone. So forget about asking a question. If you return an item you will get store credit they respond pretty quickly for that I'd say about a week to see your store gift certificate number on your email. Before buying something always read the reviews most of their things are true to size...

So the first time I ordered from FN I was told 2 day shipping on a $300 order. I received in 4 days. Also I did not get the boots I purchased (accidentally ordered 2) later informed they were out of stock. Ok so I received a 10% code (big whoop) ordered again after cyber Monday think I ordered Tuesday... it is now going on Thursday and I have yet to receive my items. My tracking order says shipping label created 12/2. Its 12/7 no changes. It's still in CA. Received an email about several days delay due to cyber Monday and a 30% code. Not enough. No answer when u call. I'm just highly disappointed.

I will order from this company again there is no communication to reporting damaged item received tried all options available went to fashionNova.com/Returns as instructed with no response. I contact them immediately upon receipt I would like a refund not credit

I, too, am disappointed with the return policy. I purchased items that are unflattering on and one of the dresses smell really weird like burnt rubber. I decided to just keep the items and perhaps give them as gifts because I certainly do not want store credit. I will not be purchasing from Fashion Nova ever again! Like someone previously commented, this company caters quality service to celebrities only. This company is a cheap, poor quality joke.

Fashion Nova has a wide collection, and constantly changing choice of products to suit women too old to wear 'chick' clothes, who still want to be stylish. Garments are always good quality and fit well. They usually arrive well packaged within two weeks of ordering. Returns are simple. They keep me updated with brochures and emails on current offers and new lines. Prices are usually within my budget. Can't see a reason to shop elsewhere, thank you.

If you have a problem with something, they respond very quickly to messages and resolve your issue. There is a lot of clothes lovely that I can't find in my local store. This is the only fashion website that I trust!

I ordered my items on 10/17... I ordered 2 day shipping... I have sent multiple emails with generic responses and offers for discount codes. Why would I want 30% off something I'm not going to receive? I requested a refund, which I'm sure from reading other reviews, will never happen. $200 wasted. This will be the last time I order from this site.

Love to buy from here because it's not a lot of places that have cute and trendy plus size clothes. Sometimes when I order things they can either be to big or to small. Most of the time they fit perfectly!

It is recommended to check out FN when there is a holiday or an event. They offer some great discounts to selected items that are often limited edition. These can be also obtained online via use of your credit or debit car and to receive it, they will ship it ASAP, usually takes them 2-3 days or so.

I've shopped here several times, and I've never had a complaint yet! There's always a decent sale going on, too. The shoes is nice and all of the clothes that I bought are high quality! Even my blazer/skirt/pants suit - for $50!

Fashion Nova is the only online shop so far that always replies to me quickly whenever I have concerns. Other shops have kept me waiting for ten days before, and this kind of treatment is really refreshing and makes transactions smoother.

The pictures and descriptions of clothing are very accurate. I have never been disappointed in what I received. If it did not fit I can send it back. It's a great way to buy clothes at a discounted price, but high-quality.

Take this from me who have ordered a total of 20 items already in this site and I can assure you that they have arrived at my place in a perfect condition. I really love it since Im getting what Im paying for plus I get to ship them just in 2 days without any charge or fees!

Unfortunately lost track of my item but i remembered to call them. The agents were surprisingly helpful and kind,. They helped me to keep in touch with my order in no time! They also apologized for any conveniences they made. Fast, efficient customer support, love it!

They dont degrade and thats one thing. Clothes that are bought in this site can be literally kept in your closet without even wearing it and not sacrificing its quality. Its great for a long-term keeping of items and probably ordering more will be also good.
