Why offer/ charge customers for 1 day shipping if it's not actually going to send within one business day. Placed order on 09/10 and today is 09/12. Order has still not be shipped! What makes it worst is you can not reach anyone via email or phone to follow-up with your order. Officially a hit or miss! -_-

I patronize FN for two reasons affordable and quality clothes, convenient delivery system. I have owned a lot of pieces from this shop already, most of them are sandals and boots. I can't help it if they're very durable, you know.

I wish I would've saw this website before ordering from them. They are a scam for sure. They don't reply to emails or phone calls. They blocked me from their Instagram page for complaining in the comments. I spent $149 on several pairs of jeans and it's been a week with no package and the tracking number they gave is fake. USPS hasn't even received my package but fashion nova lied like they shipped it. I'm so upset because I worked hard for that money and $#*!s like them just take it and steal it. I don't recommend ordering from them. Save yourself the misery.
