Customer service is the absolute worst. Returning items is a huge hassle. They made me pay for returning the items, which came out to be $20, then they refuse to give me my full refund for clothes that still have tags and everything attached. Customer service refuses to solve the issue with no explanation. Will definitely stick to Shein, so much better.

I ordered on May 23 over $300 worth of items. They have sent me mixed emails saying FedEx has my package and I should receive it shortly. June 4 gets here and still nothing! I called FedEx and was advised to put in a claim to fashion nova because it has been more than 7-10 business days and that my package is either lost or still in California. I live in Alabama. I reached out to fashion nova and all they sent me was a survey and said fed ex has my package. Somebody is lying! I have been a loyal customer ever since fashion nova started its company and this is my last time giving them money! I have filed a dispute with my bank.

The worst customer service. Their size chart are erroneous. Then it's strictly online from there. Website itself is also not friendly and directs you to the company's desired outcome and your frustration.

I've told them cancel my orders since 10/20/21, they told me wait a few days. It's now 11/13/21 & I STILL haven't heard from them or received my order. They won't refund my money so I'm contacting my bank. Screw this company

Very low quality items. The biggest issue is their return policy. If they sell out of and item that you are returning they only give you half of what you paid. It's not worth ordering from this company. They are not upfront with their policies. They do everything the can to keep your money.

Fashion Nova sent me a damaged item and after asking me if I'd like a refund or credit for it, I chose refund and they sent me a credit anyway. Part of my order was used with a credit, but more than the refund amount was paid with my own card so why give me the option to begin with and not honor it? I'd have to spend way more money to use the credit and get free shipping than being given my money back for an item they sent me ripped? I'll never be shopping with them again. This is why they don't even give the option of being able to speak to someone on the phone, you're only able to email. Their reps would be cursed out all day by how poor the customer service is. Spend your money elsewhere.

I refuse to buy final sale clothes due to them not being able to be returned, but they will still make it non returnable after the fact if the item is now on sale. I have received a couple orders where items are completely missing, and they refuse to refund any money. They steal your money and could careless. The gift card policy is complete bull$#*! considering all the clothes fit different. Nothing is correctly sized.

I ordered a Halloween outfit on fashion nova and it was suppose to arrive a couple weeks early and ended up not showing up at my house because "we are experiencing short staff we are sorry about the inconvenience and will redound you a e-gift card with the balance" and the e-gift card didn't work and now I don't have a costume for Halloween because the earliest it arrives is a day after Halloween. I am so pissed

I was supposed to receive my delivery on June 10 it is June 15 and no updates. Called laser ship they said Fashion Nova sent to third party and they don't have package. I contacted Fashion Nova and said wait another week to two weeks. Well that is a month to get my order even though I paid for items and fast shipping. Don't order from this company they will take your money and you will not get your items. SCAM!

I love how they have a petite section. It's hard for me to find leggings/tights that don't bunch at the bottom. Their knit sweaters are always great quality and for pretty cheap prices when they're on sale.

You are taking a chance with this company. I received a few great items from them. However, if you ever need to return an item…FORGET ABOUT IT! They do not have customer service at all. Also, they never mention you pay for return items! I ordered a beautiful coat, never received it. Instead they sent me an ugly coat completely different from what I ordered. It has been a total NIGHTMARE trying to return it n get my money back. I do not trust these people. You order at your own risk! You can see in the pics the beautiful lavender coat I wanted vs the ugly throw up color coat they sent me. I never opened it.

If you love some good old fashioned party skirts, Fashion Nova's got the best ones online. They're of high quality, very chic and fashionable, too. They've got footwear that are very appealing as well.

So many brands and choices, a great range of products at an affordable price range. Viewing customer ratings of each product made decisions much more informed. Love this site- it has to be my favorite for online shopping.

The picture does not do this dress I got from FN justice. While majority thinks that everything looks good online/pictures, you are completely wrong! This Beverly Tunic in white is so much more beautiful in person; I paired it with a huge gold necklace and high boots.

Excellent, easy-to-navigate website, with a wide selection of choices. Reviews are mostly helpful, except that it might be even better to ask reviewers to state the specific details of their purchase, eg. Size, colour, etc.

I'm a huge fan of fashion nova clothes. But don't order over the holidays! Ordered products on Oct 10... got confirmation email and then silence. Still no package and extremely frustrated. I'm out $250 and have no clue if I'm getting my items or not. They need to be able to keep up with orders especially during busy times, at this rate how many people won't have their Christmas packages on time? I looked at other negative reviews and it seems like FN is doing this to thousands of people.

Delighted with the quality, finish, fit and lovely care to packaging of my 3 recent purchases. Very pleased all items delivered in one parcel. It would be helpful if the web site had a tracking option so as to ensure effective delivery.

2 orders placed. Tracking Said delivered on same day. One was received, the other wasn't. Company response was "we hope you find your order". Asked for refund. Ghosted! Will not order from them again.

Please read reviews and you'll see FN has a trend for scammy behaviors.
1)They'll remove your code right at check out, but you won't see the order total until you're charged.
2) you contact them immediately and they'll tell you they can't modify or change your order because it's processing. Their policy says order processing takes 1 business day so that's a lie.
3) there's no refund. They'll make you pay for their shipping label just to receive a credit.
4) ALL their response are copy and paste.
5) reviews everywhere state they do not care if your package is lost and they also don't honor expedited shipping.

STAY AWAY. Fashion nova is terrible.
Shein has GREAT customer service, BETTER prices AND free 1st time returns.

Fashion Nova has got faster transaction processes than any other shops online. It's so easy to finish the steps of purchases here and the delivery is very reliable at that. I get my packages in neatly-packed parcels.

Ordered clothes with 2 days shipping, took forever to arrive. Ordered 9 items total but the package and packing slip contained 7 items. No idea how that got passed through. Most items did not fit because they're designed for strangely shaped people. And to top it off they won't give you any refunds. Just store credit IF YOU'RE LUCKY. I'm waiting to see what my fate is with all that. But yeah never again and I would not recommend.

I love how the selections in FN are always up to what is trending. Lots of items to choose from and just within my price range! Looking forward to their collection on winter, will probably hoard some sweaters! Can't wait!

For a busy woman like me, I hate going on long breaks just to shop at stores in malls and street boutiques. That is why I am such an enthusiast for online shopping when I came upon fashion nova a year ago. Almost all their pieces do not disappoint! I get to wear them to office, to night outs, even beach parties! Shoppers should recommend FN more!
