All I can say is that Fashion Nova exceeds my expectations. It does not matter if I'm shopping in their physical store or buying stuff from them online. I get the same kind of treatment helpful and friendly.

When you think you look bad, sad and boring you should visit this shop. I found there clothes that were unavailable anywhere else. Shipping was very fast. Quality is amazing, prices quite low. The most important is I feel good with my style now. I will order more products of course. Love FN!

My orders to arrive over 2 weeks. Last scan was in Sydney Australia 1 week ago and still nothing. What a joke is America's shipping let alone fashion nova's shipping partner.

Paid extra for 2 day shipping and didn't receive until 3 weeks later. Contacted customer service 8 weeks ago and no reply. Never supporting this business again. If you go on "Trustpilot" you'll see nothing but bad reviews. Turns out this site is a huge scam to everyone.

Their shipping takes forever (i'm still waiting for my order, it's been nearly a month now) and when I tried to ask about it - I got absolutely no response from them at all! They don't even have the decency to acknowledge their mistakes.

I ordered two pairs of jeans and three tops (1 bodysuit) and my items came in exactly two days. They do have processing time, but shipping was pretty smooth. Will be placing another order tomorrow for payday.!
