My daughter convinced me to try them out. I placed an expedited order 5 business days before my trip. There is absolutely no way to contact a live person by phone or email. You either get a standard, generic response via email or leave a message on their machine which nobody responds to. I still have not received my order which they said would be processed within 48 hours. 5 days later. Nothing. They say no refunds offered but if you pay with a credit card company like I did, you can dispute it as they did not comply with the terms of what was agreed to at the time of purchase. So disappointed. I don't care how cute their clothes are. What's the point if you cannot reach someone or receive your items timely. Disgusted and disappointed.

I love my dresses they are as shown on pictures and very good price. Although you have to wait considerable time which is expected anyway due to distance so it's wise to order well in advance if for occasion. Am happy with all my products
