Their clothes are cute, but they lie about everything like charging you for faster delivery and it coming even later than what it would have for regular delivery. Also, one of my items came damaged, and it was an expensive one so of course I wanted to return. I had sent probably over 5 emails, and filled out around 6 help forms on their website to get help with the damaged item, as it says on the site that reporting damaged items must go through a specific process. Well, it has been almost two months and nobody has answered back. I've called, emailed, filled out multiple help forms, and nothing. Customer service is absolutely terrible, and non existent. I will not be ordering again, unfortunately.

Fashion Nova is nothing but an honest company. The transactions are not shady at all and their customer service is available should you have any problems regarding anything. Your orders can also be tracked.

This has been my worst experience buying online thus far! They send your items to wrong shipping addresses, advertise incorrect items and then try to pacify it by sending you a gift card. They never respond to emails or phone calls! I've spent loads of money and I'm not sure if I'll ever get it back!

I hate online shops back then but fashion nova changed everything for me. Just completed a purchase and my item arrived yesterday. It was a plain white dress perfect for several occasions that I'm sometimes attending. Cool and pretty designs are available in here, don't afraid to check them out!

Fashion Nova's glass collection are beyond beautiful. They're like fresh from a children's story book. Some are studded with gold while others are just plain heels and sandals. They look sophisticated on their own.
