I've been a long time customer and purchase clothing from FN more than I do in real life. It's easy to navigate, and they offer tons of clothing you can't really get anywhere. Customer service is excellent too, I've never had a problem. Every process on their site is pretty much no-hassle.

Absolutely a $#*! business. They've given me nothing but trouble trying to get a refund for a stolen package. Don't trust this place, their phone number isn't even real. There's no team members on their "24/7 customer service" line. This business is a $#*!ing joke and I won't buy from them again.

Been ordering here for a very long time now and pretty much, what I love was the assistance in getting when I encounter some problems because I admit that errors and problems cant be avoided but I'm super glad that fashion nova is doing their best on their end. Would love to order more on this site. Two thumbs up!

I have paid for 1 business day shipping two times over the past month. The first order took 4 days. I emailed customer service about refunding my expedited shipping fee, no answer.
I placed another order, next business day shipping. It's been 3 days and the order has not been fulfilled or shipped. This order was over $130.00. Of course, no one will respond to this email either. So now, I am out $130.00 plus dollars and can't get a response. Absolutely horrible. The clothes are cute and unique, but you are taking a gamble with your money every time you order from here. IT IS A SCAM.

They are indeed functional and useful that everyone would be happy to order one, including me! They are very fashionable also, not just providing protection from the harsh weather but also serves as a fashion material for anyone to use. Really handy, even though shipping can take up to 4 days and if luck is on your side, you can have it in just 2 days. Good luck in ordering!

This is probably the best fashion site there is not up-to this date and I can say that they are doing a great job holding their throne. Two days ago was the 4th parcel of mine that arrived in 2 days, just as promised so I dont have any shipment problems with FN since it can be resolved so easily.

My mum and I are setting off to a birthday party one week from now, yet I don't have a dress to wear, so we chose to scan for an apparel site who has a decent quality and quick conveyance. As I looked, I discovered this Fashion nova attire site, it was so excellent at incredible costs. Since it's was exceptionally moderate we acquired no less than 5 distinct dresses. 2 for my mum and the rest is mine. Two days after we got the bundled. I was energized in the meantime apprehensive if the dresses won't meet my desire. To make sure you know, it was completely wonderful! The fit is flawless, and the material surface so smooth.

Don't trust them!
I ordered items for over 300$ had to receive it in about 5 days. But it's been already more to a month!
Stole my money and sent me nothing.
Never again!
And IF you comment negatively on they page they delete it!
Should take them to the court! Fraud!

My boyfriend urged me to buy new clothes since what Im wearing are always the same. He told me that it is better to order from online shops. And here I am, making a review of my experience. So I ordered a total of 5 items. 3 designed shirts and two dresses for formal occasions. I was surprised by their prices which are really cheap, at least for me. Their shipping wasnt delayed and got my item on time. Looking forward for my next transact.

I usually don't wanna expose my body when going outside but I cant resist it because fashion nova has so many great deals! Their skirts were conservative and elegant at the same time. I have spare money in here so a while ago, I decided to browse fashion nova's site and look for another great skirt. As usual will be expecting it to arrive in the next two days. Exciting.

Probably, the only thing I'm watching out. Sorry for being completely biased but, I prefer new ones than older ones. I literally surf fashion nova everyday to spot some new and great deals. Am I addicted though? Well, regardless, i have been ordering a lot of stuff from them and I'm really happy with all of it. 2 day shipping was also a bonus. Check 'em out

It's really hard to choose what select to order here in this site... because the items were all beautiful! I ended up choosing and ordering only 3 from 17 of my interests. When the three items arrived after two days, i checked them and they looked entirely like what's on the shop. They never lie, brilliant!

This was really true and as an evidence, I got my ripped jeans in Thursday as I have checkout on Monday. A quick shipment is always love. FN is unbeatable!

Yep, they took my money. I thought people were overreacting but it happened to me. They kept giving me the same answer despite specific questions in my e-mails. Looks like no matter how much they care about money than professionalism, all that hard work stealing money won't matter when someone win's a lawsuit taking it all back. I did some Black Friday shopping on the Saturday and 10 business days later no tracking info. Nothing but automated messages being sent over and over to reply to my actual emails. If this company has grown as much as they say they have can't they afford actual customer service representatives? This whole situation is ridiculous, no one is actually responding to customer concerns. They've lost a loyal customer because I will not be spending anymore money with them.

Clothes are exactly like in the photos on this site and stunning accessories. Would definitely order again, I really love on my order from Fashion Nova, incredible price, 60% discount for first orders and goods of exceptional quality that makes me very happy with Fashion Nova. Super fast delivery. I order 5 days earlier than eta provided by this company. Amazing! I have twice experienced with them.

I buy most of my clothes out of FN on sale. The deals are so cool and it helps in my budget. Plus the quality is never compromised. You should try using some discount coupons or tags from influencers to get a greater deal from the sales items. Be thrift and wise.

I worry less about my wardrobe over the last few years but now, I often get invited by a lot of friends to some occasions that I cant say no so, fashion nova is the site that I only trust when it comes to turnaround time and money. They deliver items very well, usually around 2 to 3 days which is perfect for me and my kids.

She is entirely right that even beginners when it comes to online shopping can use FN (This is my second time ordering. With just your card or maybe a paypal account, a dress can be delivered straight at your house in 3 day tops! Will not ask for more and I need to thank my co worker asap for this.

I purchased a few items but the size showed up differently after it was processed. Contacted customer service immediately and was told it was too late to cancel or change my order. It hadn't even been 5 minutes. Their customer service is crappy then they want you to pay for returning the items. What a waist of time. Also they did not honor the extra 10% off on a future order as promised. They only care about sales any issue you have you are on your own. All you will receive is automatic messages and excuses.

The packaging was the cutest and the dress fit perfectly. For it being my first time ever in ordering anything of clothing online? I am so happy to say Id definitely order from here again. And the prices are very much fair.

Ordered a dress and when it was time for me to receive the dress the, Laser ship company who Fashion Nova uses, says the Driver said he delivered it to our home but in our cameras never shows him at our home. Contacted fashion nova and they said that there's nothing they can do. They didn't want to send me another dress or refund us the money. They have very poor customer service! They sure lost us as a customer!

I'm loyal and proud to say that I've never doubted this company ever since. More than the money, they make sure that every women is empowered. I had been a huge fan when they started creating a clothing line for plus-size women! So much respect for FN!
