About three months ago I bought like 8 items from them crop tops denims and a couple of dresses. They got to me on time and the quality of the clothes was just as expected. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes and I had the same good experience. So I was surprised when I saw some negative comments here about Fashion Nova. If I'm not mistaken, this website has been serving online buyers for a couple of years now. I doubt they would still be up if they don't give great service.

Fashion Nova has been my favorite online shop ever since my first purchase two months ago. They've got everything I need and want, for a cheaper price. All their collections are so good and the transactions are as smooth as can be.

I bet that fashion nova will stay much longer in this industry. This site has never stopped being a classy and fancy online shop for us women. The delivery was also smooth, had received my package in an average of 2-3 days. Had no bad things to say to them!

He customer service of fashion nova is completely astonishing to the point where they were willing to go on extra miles just to make a customer feel a lot bette like what I had experienced! That makes it 5 stars. Hands down and not taking it back.

I am with all those guys who ordered stuff since November 24 and they haven't gotten any information about when the clothes is going to be shipped! They sent me an email giving me a 40% to spend more money instead of giving me the option of cancelling my order. I was trying to be patient but this is getting crazy... Those 5 star reviews are either fake or they placed orders after cyber Monday and Black Friday.

Placed order the 1st week of Dec, website did state a possible up to 7 day delay, I paid for 2 day shipping. As of now 12/20 still dont have merchandise and no way to reach customer service. Emails take 2-3 days to get a response and they only repeat upto 7 day delay. The customer service number only repeats the same motto no matter what option you choose. Ive ordered from this company multiple times in the past and have been pleased with each order up until this point. If they could simply speak to someone to tell them the issue and get a ship date especially right before Christmas!

They take care the items really hard and is by far the best fashion site that offers shipping all for free! Orders I have got are i great shape and I am totally not regretting ordering in this shop, 100 percent recommended.

First things first usps is the $#*!ing worst courier to ship with. They do not deliver your packages on time. These people need to get their $#*! together seriously poor $#*!ing customer service never ordering from here again! I'm hoarding bandage skirts and it's been five months now. I've had eight pieces from FN already and every piece is memorable in their own way. They're comfortable to wear and the material is very soft.

Website redesign=Horrible product inventory and horrific customer service. There products are similar to other vendors, but the service does not compare. No one answers the phone. When you send an email asking for the status, I received automated email responses offering discounts, and apologies for ongoing delays. There company policy is 24 hours for processing and updating online order status. Plan for 7 days processing and order status updates. I am not impressed by your new website at the expense of horrible inventory management and unresponsive customer service. I would rather pay more and have confidence that I will receive my items. Do better F Nova!

Horrible customer service. Used to be good, not sure what changes were made. If someone bought it out or they just stopped caring? Terrible, don't waste your time. They won't tell you if something you PAID for us out of stock now. No email that you're going to get a refund for it, nothing. Not operating this business well at all. Then they write "fast shipping" "two day shipping". Nope. Thats a damn lie. Just don't do it.
