Working with 2 lenders (Loan Depot & Royal United).LD's system is down and unable to update me on current status. About to set closing date with either. BUT: Both have my NEW mortg. Over $152K! Most debt would be paid off but monthly mortg. About $1129. RU int. 5.75. LD int. 5.99. HOW can your lender possibly do loan consolid. Of $30,000 and NOT raise my current mortgage?

You have all the information you need when you say you have a quote. When i try to find out what the quote is we start out having to give the same information that you already have. Same routine over and over. If you have a quote then give it and i mite give you a better rating.
