It's okay, having to pay to look for employment is annoying but I was trying to find remote work so I did it. Searching filters can get annoying. If it's possible to search all my categories at once, it wasn't easily displayed as an option.

The search function frequently fails to match relevant keywords, and location and role filters often return unrelated or incorrect results. For a paid service, the filtering and search tools are surprisingly ineffective, requiring excessive manual effort. Given the cost, the overall value does not meet expectations.

I would have loved more options tailored to my specific skills and experience. Also, I applied to some jobs, but I have not heard back. Other jobs had an extreme application process, that not even prestigious organizations around the world have. With 'extreme' I mean, they asked to write lengthy letters, create Google documents, and so on. That is really not necessary. I am looking for a job, not to write a romantic sonnet or a philosophical to a company I do not even know.

Search engine is a little finnicky when it comes to selecting location criteria. For example, looking for Canada-hiring jobs may only mean BC. But looking for Toronto-hiring jobs may make you miss opportunities that aren't as specific, but are actually willing to hire from Toronto. But also, writing Toronto and then also clicking "Anywhere in the World" provides different results from not typing Toronto first. Changing my location criteria several times per prompt was necessary to find all job listings of interest. I think this can be improved a bit.
