I would like to see a filter added to each remote job posting that tells the job seeker whether they are allowed to work at nights and/or on the weekends for any given employer. Selecting "part-time" or even "alternate schedule" means different things than being able to just work at nights or the weekends.

I liked Flex jobs platform. It was easy to use and they have a great Article and Learning section. I got no bites after a month I tailored my resumes legitimately but nothing. Good site overall. It can be a little tedious scrolling through all of the positions. The expert apply feature doesn't work as well as it should, especially when you are emailed and it provides a six-digit code to enter and there is no place to do so.

I was made to pay a fee before being able to view any jobs! Easy money for you guys! I wanted a simple online flexible job such as typing, online teaching etc to keep myself afloat whilst living in Thailand for 3 months. Every one of your positions are senior level and full time! You do not advertise your site on Google as such! I was made to believe there would be many job opportunities for me after I had filled in your requested form. I was told there were at least a couple of hundred jobs that matched my request and my location. Before showing me any jobs, you requested a membership fee, which I happily paid, having been told by your site that there were online jobs in abundance that matched my needs. THERE WAS NOT 1! I wouldn't mind, if your company had been honest with its google description and honest on the site itself. However I feel very manipulated with your false advertising and stupidly parted with my money before being able to view any job! Lesson learnt! What a lovely way to make easy money.
