Im self employed, since 2012 my business calls have depended on FlyNumber being reliable and they have never failed me. Im in Europe and take calls from the USA. Over the years issues or changes have occurred of course, Im not technical so totally reliant on FlyNumber customer support. I have always found FlyNumber support to be very professional and helpful when I was clueless to understand or fix what issue I was experiencing. I will also add this, customer support here has never made me feel like Im an idiot in being as clueless as I am when I need their support. I continue to appreciate that. You can see my screenshot of my first ticket opened in 2012. What I pay and the service that I get is beyond amazing. I pay $2.95 a month, thats it, and all my business calls come through this. I believe I struck it lucky to have found FlyNumber. Ive read the negative reviews here and can only comment on my experience. In my more than 10 years using FlyNumber on a daily basis I can honestly recommend this provider 100% without question.
They are the most Non-Professional company I have ever seen on www in my 16 years IT career.
First they require a lot of verifying documents Then they charged payment.
The phone number they delivered wasn't working.
Then they simply terminate the account and eat up the Money...
