Who is Fozzies Wheels?
We are a small aftermarket and custom wheels online store built on the premise of going above and beyond for our customers to help them make a well-informed purchase and be happy about the products they put on their vehicles. Our goal is to put the best wheels and tires on your vehicle, so you can feel really good about your ride and show it off to your friends and family. It's not just about having a fun vehicle, but one that performs the way you want it to, and a big part of that are the wheels and tires you put on it.
About the Owner, Steve Fazekas
My name is Steve Fazekas, and I've been a big fan of classic cars and Harley-Davidson bikes for the better part of 30+ years. My dad taught me how to wrench (from changing the oil to restoring a burned up MGB back in high school) and do all the things a guy was expected to learn if he was going to be the man of the garage. With that said, I've always wanted to buy and install my own auto parts or rebuild anything that broke on my vehicles (including my Harleys). If I didn't have the means to fix something myself, I'd still try to understand everything that needed to be done, so I could talk the talk with the guy who would be doing the work. That's the kind of guy I am. When you talk to us about your vehicle, you can bet we will understand what you're talking about and help you find the right parts.
What drives this business is a person who is dedicated to being on top of his game, so you as a customer are confident we will exceed your expectations every time. What does that mean, exactly? It means treating the customer as a friend - we will pull through for you every time, whatever the circumstance may be. That's the kind of reputation we strive for.
My Promise To You
I promise to provide as best of an experience as you can have when buying aftermarket wheels. Before I fulfill your wheel order, I will do my due diligence to make sure you have everything you need. I will pass up on a sale if I determine that the order you're making is not the correct one for you. I do this by following up on your order after you place it - I check to make sure you have the correct fitment as well as the correct lugs or bolts to go with them. Sometimes you may need TPMS sensors or have a unique question for me, and I'll try and get the correct answer for you. I do whatever I can to make your experience a pleasant one.
Why Aftermarket Wheels?
Professionally, my history has been that of a techno-web-design-geek with a long history in custom-built websites and applications of various types, working at larger companies to consult and help them reach their customers in a better way. I basically did the grunt work on websites to make them look and perform better. I wasn't the guy that told others what to do. Just like in wrenching, I know how to build it.
The idea of selling wheels online came to me while I was looking for wheels for my K5 Blazer. Many sites I went to just didn't have an easy way to find what I was looking for or it just seemed too confusing. Gradually, as I became more and more interested in all the brands available on the market, I started to grow a passion for aftermarket wheels and wanted to sell them. I knew my skills and knowledge could pull this one off, and my idea and vision didn't sit on the shelf for very long.
The Vision
There's a point in one's life when working for others no longer makes sense, and making a living with what you enjoy does. I started building FozziesWheels.com from an idea that aftermarket wheels (and auto parts) should be easier to find and purchase. I had done quite a bit of research, started building my vision from ideas & based on my work experiences... Right now, you're seeing the early stages. There's more to come with what you see and experience today.
Getting to this point wasn't easy, and still isn't, but it's enjoyable work that I have a passion for. My promise to you, my customer, is my business is all about making sure you are happy with what you buy from us as we grow in the coming years.
