It is first time ordering from this company. I typically use Jomashop, Fragrancebuy.ca, and Amazon. I have made hundreds of online purchases with those 3 and NOT ONCE had an issue. I was home at time of delivery for my ONLY EVER purchase with Fragranceshop.com. I was notified by Shop.com that my order arrived. Within 60 seconds I went to my lobby. No package. Keep in mind I have never had a package stolen. I live in Apartment complex in low to no crime area. I was told to fill out an affidavit within the timeline they provided. About two weeks later I get notified by them that their investigation was been completed and their GPS showed product dropped off to right location. So they offered no refund, replacement of the product, or even a credit. Needless to say I will never make a purchase with them again when I have several other options with legitimate websites. Their great prices made me give them a try. Now I know why they were the cheapest. I'm am warning others that is better to pay a few dollars more to actually receive the product. In my case, however, lesson learned. Thank you Fragranceshop.com for making me appreciate Joma, Fragrancebuy.ca, and Amazon more than I already did
In light of this site's somewhat low rating I cautiously ordered several bottles of perfumes using a great 35% off newcomer coupon. All I can say is my order came right away and in good condition. Perhaps they have attended to some of their customer service issues? At this point I'm very happy and will order from.them again.
Ordered from them a couple of times. Both times horrible experience. First time they shipped a different fragrance and at first refused to fix as they said it was the same brand. This time I paid for "expedited shipping". An expensive option that according to their website would have them process and ship the order within 2 days and would be shipped express. It has been over a week since I ordered and the product is not shipped. They do not have a working phone and also do not respond to emails. Stay far away from this company
They didn't give me credit for a coupon at checkout. So I ended up paying double for a cologne. I would've never paid that much for. I tried calling them the phone rang and rang then made a busy signal. The site will not allow me to log into my account. So, now I have to call my credit card company because no way am I paying 80 for a cologne you can get for 45 anywhere else. And I should've been able to get for 45 with their coupon.
I was a bit nervous seeing the *mainly* negative reviews but I decided to try them out because the perfume I wanted had gotten pretty expensive everywhere else and this site had it for a more affordable price. I almost cancelled my order because I was super nervous they weren't legit but I decided to stick with it and I'm happy I did. I placed my order on Sunday and received it by Friday. Not sure if it's 100% legit (I'm hoping it is), but we shall see! Overall very very pleased and will be ordering again.
I paid them almost a week ago for items that are in stock. They don't have a phone number to call and only have email? Clear sign they are bogus. All real companies this fay in age have a phone number you can call. I have emailed them numerous times and they don't answer any emails.
I placed a order 6 days prior to this post and nothing. I reached out to DHL and they said my order was returned. I also looked high and low for a number to resolve this issue. Well as many of us stated NO LUCK. Don't buy anything from this company's because you may get what I got scammed.
Ordered 2 bottles of cologne on April 15, but got an email today, April 22, that it was out of stock. It took a week to find out you were out of stock? I find that really unprofessional for it to have taken that long to realize that you could not fulfill an order. This was after I tried to log in (they make you create an account) to check for shipping details only yo be told I didn't have an account with my email (even though the invoice was sent to my email and then the cancelation was too). So now my gift will be late because I have to reorder from someone else. Absolutely ridiculous. The cancelation email said they will refund my money but it hasn't been refunded yet, so as of now I'm out $60. Will not order from them again and I suggest that you find someone else to purchase from as well.
I bought a product on their website mainly because of a free bag which was advertised. The website clearly showed the bag and the eligible products for the free bag - I bought one of the eligible products. When the order arrived, the free bag was not there. I contacted them and they denied there was this offer. I went back on their website and by that time they had a new offer - different bag and different eligible products. They deliberately mislead customers, false advertising. Do not trust them. I am reporting them to consumer standards.
I am glad I did not read the reviews before my first order because it would have discouraged me from buying. I been to some bad perfume sites where I doubted if they were the Real fragrance and not a knock off I was completely happy with my purchase of Versace yellow diamonds intense. I ordered a tester and their price for3oz was lots cheaper than any other site. I got my order on the date promised and now I am ordering Xmas gifts all my orders were within a 6mo period and I never had one single problem. So that has been my experience and these prices are great

My mistake was that I didn´t read the reviews on their website. I never received my reimbursement nor product after 6 months of processing. I tried writing several emails and still waiting for a response. I plan on reporting them to the FBI. They have to be investigated; If not, they will keep on using and abusing us-the consumer.
Finally, I will include an email link for those of you who have been cheated by these people. Enough complaints on file against this company will eventually bring them to justtice.

I LOVE and thank God for finding Fragranceshop! They are the ONLY company that can mimic Lauren for Women. Other places can't even come close! I rely on them greatly for their wonderful products.
I've read other reviews on them and I'm appalled that people say they send fake fragrances, bad service, etc. They are a FAMILY run business, not a mega corporation! Stop being so impatient with them! Mistakes happen for goodness sake! How would you feel if people started writing bad things about you for the world to see? Ya wouldn't like it, would ya? Fine, be upset, but stop being so vulgar in your reviews. It just ain't nice!
Again, I LOVE FRAGRANCE SHOP and will be a loyal customer as long as I'm alive and they're around!

I ordered a perfume for my daughters Christmas gift on the 9th December 2022 but still not the gift and todays date is 22/01/2023. I have send loads of emails asking for a refund but i just get the same automated email say please wait 10 days before contacting them again. Its now been over 6 weeks and no item or refund of £78.
No reply from a human just the stupid autoreply asking me to wait 10 days. I am going to the bank as reporting it as a fraud case and hope they will refund the money as the fragrance shop can't be bothered helping me.
Steer clear of any online buying with this company unless in the current finance state of the country you can afford to throw money away (i can't)!

I just received my order of several samples of musk oils from The Fragrance Shop. They arrived in only a few days after I placed my on-line order. Opening the different little vials each one smelled heavenly! I plan to wear these before deciding which scent I prefer, before ordering a regular size bottle. But, I have a feeling that I'm going to be hard pressed to determine which one smells best. Thank you, Fragrance Shop, for being so efficient and also for your wonderful perfumes. Oh, nice touch with the LifeSaver too!
I was hesitant to buy after reading the reviews, like most people, but I wanted to get the 4.0 oz bottle of Creed Aventus since FragranceShop had it much cheaper than anywhere else ($320, still pricey but less than others). The cologne shipped in about 2 business days and with expedited shipping I got it after about 4 days total. I opened the box, smelled it, and being a second time owner, can confirm the bottle at least smells authentic. Very happy with the experience but did not have to deal with any returns or customer service issues so I can't speak as to that.
I've been getting the same perfume from other websites for years and get tons of compliments. This one was CHEAPER. Guess you get what you pay for. It's a fraud. I got 2 and want to send them back. I've tried like 5 times. Has no smell whatsoever.

My experience with fragranceshop was awesome. Prices are the best I have found, delivery is great. I have received 3 orders all delivered in about 3 to 4 days. I have had some questions that I called customer service about and they were so helpful. I will be back for sure!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent online shopping experience at the Fragrance Shop. Despite being aware of the negative reviews, I mustered up the courage to purchase a perfume from their website. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly until I received a notification from their Customer Service team. It turns out that my order, which was supposed to be delivered by USPS, has been diverted to another address due to forwarding instructions or an incorrect address/zip code.
What frustrates me even more is that the invoice clearly displayed the correct address and zip code, so there should have been no issues with the delivery. The package was scheduled to arrive on June 22nd, but I have yet to receive it. To make matters worse, despite sending two emails seeking assistance, I have not received any response from the Fragrance Shop's Customer Service.
This entire situation has left me feeling extremely let down and dissatisfied. I had high hopes for this purchase, despite the negative reviews, and I expected better customer service from the Fragrance Shop. I hope that my concerns are addressed promptly and that appropriate measures are taken to rectify this situation.
Unfortunately I found this site to late to stop me from buying my product. My product never came! I purchased on 10/9 it's 10/20 given their shipping standards it should've been here. I didn't even get a tracking number. I typically never order with any company that does not have a good return policy or atleast a customer support number. All the red flags were there and yet I still missed it. To make matters worst this was a gift. I did reach out to customer service without response., at this point I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. Do make the same
Mistake I did.
I placed a considerable order with them on Black Friday (19th Nov '19) for over 150 pounds. This was after a discount of 40 pounds thanks to Black Friday. I waited the full 5 working days before querying where my order was. I got a curt email reply telling me that my order had been cancelled due to technical errors. No other explanation. I was told I should get my money reimbursed within the next 3-5 days. Here's hoping! I have used this company before and delivery was tardy previously. So much for being a loyal customer... Never again!
