Well I used to like cashing out 5$ to my PayPal now PayPal is charging a dollars so that leaves me with only 3.75$ left out of 5$ and that truly sucks
I have been pleasantly surprised to actually get cash-outs in this app. Some of these "cash for games" apps are scams, and I've been burned by other ones in the past. FreeCash is legit, and I've withdrawn $39 total in the past month.
You have to jump through extreme hoops to cash out, however. The app makes you do finicky face-scans (took me over 20 tries before it would accept mine), along with scanning your photo ID. All these hurdles make my next paragraph EXTREMELY ridiculous.
Some of the "holds to prevent fraud" are ridiculous though. 14 days for a $23 reward, I guess I can understand. But last night I received a 7 day hold over a $0.79 reward. That's less than a dollar, and I have to wait 7 days for it.
Customer Support does not seem to exist. They have an AI that isn't very helpful for "Support Chat". If your issue isn't basic and you have to send in an actual support email... Don't ever expect a response. I have been waiting at least 10 business days and have not heard a single word.
For the past month, every single offer I download does not track. I have asked about this with customer service and nothing they say applies or is helpful. I'm moving to Swagbucks.

I've downloaded countless games that don't register, or register but don't pay put and when I've brought it up with customer service nothing gets done about it I've missed out on £30.
I'm also 35 so allowed to play the gambling games and yet it says I'm not old enough then I am then I'm not.

Good play and real rewards
Sometimes some games are too demanding and difficult to achieve, but if you are willing to spend a little more time, you can still get some bonuses.
I make more money with Freecash than any of the other apps I've tried like it. I love the well thought out achievements and especially the optional bonus achievements of many of their games.
On the down side their survey system is crap and most surveys kick you out before actually starting, during or at the end, rewarding you nothing for your time wasted. These would be a great way to keep your streak going but right now are just too frustrating to bother with.
It a great way to earn extra cash but the only down side is it takes a few days veg you can with draw and if you use the visa pre pairs card method it's dose work in uk can't us in in shop or online well in my case anyway and pay pay is payed by dollar not pound is it charges you
I joined not to long ago and was abit weary about these sites that offer money for playing games coz in the past I've joined a few and it all ways ended up being a scam, but this site actually works I played a couple of games and I've already withdrawn £20 on a pre paid Visa card, so yeah defo check it out it works
I spent at least a month on Freecash I really enjoy the mobile games they are so much fun... of course its a scam they never payout. I think I played at least 7 games and only 2 really sent me any money and that was after hours of playing. Although this isn't my real complaint. First this company wants a selfie and your phone number which I did... but as of today they have frozen my account because they want my driver's license and a selfie (just to be clear I complained about them on their chat so this may be the real reason they froze my account). So you can't even pay me the little bit of money I earn and you want me to trust you with my personal information, no thank you. I would find a better site to earn extra money. One other thing don't trust (pun intended) TrustPilot. To me its just a bunch of people giving five stars saying Freecash is great... it paid me hundreds of dollars. Read the one star reviews first.

Put effort into completing the tasks, I tried to put a support ticket into claim the money for the tasks and they were rejected with no further explanation. Very frustrating.

Too often I don't get credit for things done in games, I've put in tickets and they are either unanswered or say something like "we can push this one thru but then you're done with that game." I'm probably going to stop using it

I had got over the 1000 puzzles for the word search game before it expired I was waiting on credit for it for 2 days then all the sudden it came in and said that I can't play crosswords any more it's all expired and they didn't give me my credit. Also I thought the money could be out on my debit card or sent to pay pal for free no it don't work that way it rips u off u have to pay to have it sent to pay pal and the debit don't work at all the send u a card in ur email and u can't use it at the store since it's not a physical card also they offer to give a daily bonus and it usually says like 0.3 cents or 0.5 cents but it only ever credits 0.2 cents whenever it is available which isn't everyday though it says daily bonus. Also it takes forever to get credits.

I love free cash all gig have to do is play your favorite games anc get paid and they pay you right away no waiting or trying to get approved to get paid or anything like that it's easy
You can't get any cash without spending cash so it's a waste of time and money. All rewards have a strict time limit so if you miss it.
This is not worth it unless it's the one and only thing in your life.

I played Star Trek and it paid me for most levels but not level8 then level 15 but paid for level 16
Level 15 was around £40 reward if. Completed in 7 days I done this and not been rewarded

When I first saw freecash, I thought, scam. But the more I use it, the more I like it. It has good opportunities on how to earn money and I like playing the games. The survey's are the only thing that have been a problem, just because it seems like I am never compatable with any of them. All and all, though, it is a very cool app and a neat way to earn extra cash.

I requested a $5.00 payout to PayPal last September. The other times I had gotten my payout it went to correct email address for PayPal, however this time it went to the wrong Paypal address, which was the one I use to sign in to Freecash, but I can now add that address to PayPal due to past circumstances. I CONTACTED TANGO AND FREE CASH IMMEDIATELY AND TANGO SENT MONEY BACK TO FREE CASH AND 3 DAYS AGO I FINALLY GOT IT, AND THIS TIME REQUESTED A $5 VISA CARD AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING AS FAR AS THAT GOES. Why is this so difficult can you imagine if it was more than just $5.00?
