A few weeks ago, I used a vpn to reach offers outside of my country range because you offers so bad offers in here, the you banned my account and I explained the situation, then you unbanned me, and after two weeks, when I was just about to withdraw 25, you banned me, it's just so unfair, and one of your guys said the ban is permanent.
I have been playing for about 3 weeks, I racked up enough cash for a $25 draw out and it has been days. I got the email asking for a rating, but no prize email. I love the games, but was counting on that payout!

I've been playing on and off for about a year and consistently run into the headache of having to fight for earned rewards. They will not pay out higher amounts. Most recently there was an offer for reaching levels 500 and 1500 of a game called Fishdom within a certain amount of time. I had reached level 3000 while there were still days left and they refuse to pay me for level 500 and 1500 because they were higher dollar amounts. I would avoid this site at all costs. I put in a few bucks to make sure I completed the tasks in the appropriate amount of time, I took screenshots of making those tasks and they refuse to pay out. Scam, scam, scam…
Currently looking into legal actions. Is there a class action I can join?

While it does deliver on its promise of giving money for playing games and doing surveys, it just does it poorly, most of the surveys you apply for you are not eligible for and cannot do. As for apps when doing bonus quests sometimes it will not record in your selected currency and instead record in USD leading to you having to spend more than what was advertised.
I have also had issues with my progress in games not being recorded despite completing their objectives although i do admit some did register later i did end up having to do them around 10-30 times and some have still not marked the objective as complete, you may think about how the task might of had special conditions which some do but for this specific task it has told me to just do this within 90 days nothing else. When support was contacted about this issue nothing happened as i still have not gotten a response despite waiting more than a month.
Although i have been harsh so far there are a few things that they have done which genuinely shocked me such as actually letting me redeem the money i made in the app although it does have a minimum withdraw number i still received my money at the end of the day.
Another thing that has surprised me is that you really do earn money for playing games although the most high paying quests are either impossible, spend money, or watch a certain amount of ads in the end they do give you the money you earned

Gives you real money. No issues. I don't like having to give my state issued ID. But the be had no issues with this app. I do find that the games aren't really my favorite. Would give 5 stars but it's difficult to make money after awhile. Would recommend.

I don't like how most surveys don't tell you that you don't qualify until you click on them. It would be nice if the ones that you don't qualify for don't show up in the feed.
I have enjoyed playing the games but when I cashed out, I did not receive my Visa gift card and still haven't received it. I have been waiting for it to come through as I was counting on that gift card to help with my Christmas shopping.

Awesome app. Better than any other pay to play app I have used. And I have used more than a few. Just needs to revamp the app and fix third party apps not responding and stealing $25 from me.
Takes long to save up some money but still great. I had a €25 prepaid visa card but i couldn't pay €24,98 with it. Still bought some other stuff so it's fine.
It's great until you don't receive credit for some of your games. Then you have to make a ticket and let's hope you took screenshots and remember the day you completed the task.
